Yesterday I came to put my belongings in my storage; only to discover that I drove across town to lose my lock keys! But Bill and Ty both took great care of me and I was able to get a new lock! This location is clean and has the best people here. Where customer service has been lacking everywhere, there’s no shortage of great service here. Thank you Bill and Ty!
Woman behind counter asks you to rate her personally and everyone does giving that person high marks but what they are really doing is dishonest manipulation to give the business a high score. Come on who rates an employee on Google. Fake way to get high ratings for the business. They entice you with relatively low rate but soon thereafter it starts going up up up. Don’t trust this business
I had my things in storage for three years and did not enter my unit until ready to remove everything. They had gone up on the price. I found rat droppings and urine in the unit & in my furniture and boxes. They had chewed up
everything. All was ruined.
I was very disappointed after three years they took no responsibility. I'm out of my money and lost my possessions being both sentimental and valuable to me!!!!
After talking to others about this problem I found I'm not the only one to have this experience with Public Storage!
I feel like others need to know and be aware!

Cecilia made my overall experience one I will be eternally grateful. Before I even arrived in Columbia she was able to facilitate billing along and all the instructions necessary to make my arrival at the Rosewood facility painless. Our only hiccup was arriving on her day off. The person covering was new, didn't know procedures, and a bit condescending. Even mentioning hourly salaries which was very unprofessional. The rest of our visits were with Cecillia which more than made up for the unpleasant experience when she wasn't there. Cecilia, thank you so much for all your help and support during our difficult time. We recommend the Rosewood complex but only with Cecilia's help.

We had a great experience moving out of the Public Storage on Rosewood. The property manager onsite that day, Cecilia, was incredibly helpful and friendly! She not only made our experience seamless, she also worked with our movers to ensure they could do their jobs efficiently.
