First class customer service from the reservationist Brittany to Amanda who is the site manager at Extra Space Barbur. I would highly recommend this specific Extra Space Storage. They have 2 truck bays and 2 auto bays. There are elevators (3 story building) and all are inside units, adding to the security.

Update: This location is now a Public Storage facility. There are two knowledgeable Managers who will assist you in securing a storage unit.
Check their website for Internet offers (which might be good for 3 months). There are some rolling carts which help with heavy loads of boxes and larger items.

Amanda, the lady in the office was very friendly. I originally got 10×15 which I got online and I thought a 2 bedroom apt. would be big enough. Amanda, the office lady allowed me go look at 2 units to see how much more space I needed, The price of rhe units are a little steep but compared to the Public Storage, I chose Extra Space Storage because of they have a friendlier staff and wete helpful.
Clean, well maintained facility, and super helpful staff. I had made a mistake when booking my space and it was quickly resolved with great follow up. Easy booking process and clear instructions about how to access the space.
The place is always clean. There are always carts to use to haul stuff to or from your car. Reasonable rates to start with and they are willing to work with you regarding rate increases....although I am so much happier here as compared to Public Storage.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to give credit where it's due. The storage manager Amanda is absolutely outstanding. From day one, she professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I had a lot of questions (and a bit of anxiety about storing valuable items), but she took the time to walk me through everything without rushing or brushing me off. The manager clearly cares about the property and the people who use it. Moving and storing things can be stressful, but they made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. If you're looking for a place to store your things and not worry about them, this is it. Highly recommended!

Just got a space yesterday and it was easy to walk in and set up. The rep was super helpful and explained everything.
After shopping around at different locations I ended up here on a friends reccomendation. Everything turned out great. Prices I can work with, Staff made this an easy process. Shout out to Amanda for explaining all my options to me.
