Clean, secure and above all else the property manager, Brendan, goes above and beyond.
He personally called me when my payment method was about to expire to ensure I got the email notice, met the Home Depot delivery driver for a shelf shipment and even personally calls and helps coordinate UPS shipments.
I can’t say enough about my experience with Brendan and this location. Five stars for sure!

This post is not about this location specifically, but about the company as a whole. Public Storage is true trash. You can obviously expect rent to raise and price changes with any business, but here, my rent more than doubled in less than 2 years. During a pandemic, nonetheless. For a customer committed to prompt payments and longevity, it seems a company as big as Public Storage would have strategic minded execs to create retention strategies for those customers, not raising the rent every time they can.
If they’re marketing it as $97 for a unit online, guarantee you’ll be at $260 in a year & a half. I called the location and Jan was VERY helpful in getting me the number for corporate where the customer service was representative of the trash that is Public Storage.
Go find another place that guarantees rates and values their customers.
