Giving this place a 5 star due to the employee at the location. We had to call as no one was there. Took forever on the phoe ro get a code for gate access. Talked to the employee and she was quick to expedite the isuue.

I had rented two 10' x 20' storage spaces and the facility is so convenient for the access of a truck with 20ft shipping container to load my stuff for international shipping. Definitely will rent Public Storage at Stillwater, OK again if I was back in town. Highly recommended.

The staff seems very inexperienced but overall a very good storage facility. Very good security and informative staff. We've never had issues with accessing our unit or anything being stolen/tampered with. Only down side is they raise prices frequently and with minimal notice but overall great and still our go to storage facility.
Destiny was very pleasant and accommodating in helping us start our rental contracts and answering all of our questions. The facility seems to take great pride in making sure things are secure for their customers.
