Don't get me wrong property Management has been great but the entire setup deal is a I don't want to say scam but damn it they moved me in here on a promotion I was supposed to get the second month free and every single month since then I have paid and every single month since then they have told me yeah just one more payment one more payment. I moved in in the middle of the month and I paid a full month's rent when the next month's rent was due in the middle of the month I had to pay a partial month payment well then when it should have been giving me a free month they charged me again for a full month it told me that the next month would be free well here we are I'm blocked out of my unit it's the next month I still have not got a free month's rent and there's no one there to take money and I can't get in my unit so I'm a little bit pissed off about this s***! Lock me out of my unit because you don't want to keep your word and come through with the promotion and even the manager told me that he's had the same issue with other renters but y'all put people in on it on a second much free promotion and you do not give them that second month free and that is a scam because movie in here is very expensive I paid $190 to move in here where I could have gone any place else for 20 bucks because you get the first month's free

I just received my storage unit today, and I LOVE IT! Easy instructions, plenty of space, and CLEAN inside and out. I LOVE the fact that I can go INSIDE and NOT worry about the elements for a brief moment lol. I'd RECOMMEND Public Storage to EVERYONE!

Our experience at this Public Storage location was disappointing from the start. Brandy, the associate we had an appointment with, arrived 25 minutes late without any prior notice. I ended up calling a nearby store, and they had to reach Brandy on her personal cell phone—during which they laughed about her being late. When she finally arrived, she was dismissive and carried an unprofessional attitude, saying she had been at another store and that her tardiness wasn’t her fault. To make matters worse, my fiancée was on the phone with customer support during this entire ordeal, as we only had an hour before needing to return our U-Haul. The business claims to allow appointments from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, but in Brandy’s case, it might as well be 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM. Despite the rocky start, we moved forward with what was advertised as a Memorial Day special at $62/month. However, when it came time to sign the paperwork and pay, the rate had inexplicably jumped to $129/month. When we raised the issue, Brandy shrugged it off as a likely mistake and urged us to sign anyway, assuring us that it would be corrected later. When we asked her for details about the promotion—such as when it ended or whether it was still active—she admitted she didn’t know. We expressed concern about signing a contract at a higher rate, and her solution was to have us call customer service ourselves—right there in the store, in front of her. When we asked why she couldn’t help facilitate the call, she flatly stated it wasn’t her responsibility to contact customer support for customers. This entire experience was frustrating and completely unprofessional. If I were in her shoes, I would’ve done everything possible to make things right and ensure the customer felt valued. I strongly recommend management review Brandy’s conduct, as this kind of service is unacceptable—especially in a business where people are entrusting you with their personal belongings. I hope you use this as a learning opportunity. I have no reason to lie and do not wish for anyone to be reprimanded. I just wish our generation was better at handling situations and took honor in the work they do.

I had a very good experience today with Ms.Mariah she helped to get things all cleared up when my unit was leaking, I really appreciate it! She is the best person I have come across at this location! Still have a few things to work out with corporate but Mariah and the 15th and Morgan location are the best !!!

All they’ve done since Public Storage took over is up our rate over and over again. A unit that started out under $100 is now $200. They’ll continue to up the rate as long as you pay it or until they push you out.

Today I visit the public storage located at 9720 South Morgan Road, in Yukon Oklahoma. I have the pleasure of working with a very kind Ms Mariea. She made the process very simple and easy because she was very knowledgeable using the PS system which was a plus because online PS forces you to buy their insurance, the lock and auto pay which she was able removed all of these extra online retirement except for the lock. Once a customer brings their own lock for the unit she will remove the PS lock and payments for the lock which was like $16 and then it says something about a $50 return once you return it back, so I guess they might put a hold on your account for that lock. Not sure how that works, being she removed all of that which was awesome not having all those fees and waiting 3 to 5 business days for the credit. Online seems fast and easy, but accumulating all the extra fees, it was best for me to go in person, plus you all know I'm a people-person. Ms. Mariea, was thorough going over the long agreement. PLEASE READ AND LISTEN CAREFULLY so you know what you're signing. I will return and update on my move-in-date with pictures of the unit. Yes, was in the Sparebox storage unit but this is their 3rd time going up on this unit in 7 months. Totally ridiculous. These storage places know that most customers don't want to have seek and search for another Storage, then get a rental truck to move again and again putting stress on the customers, so they just keep raising the rent. One the customer will be upset and just accept it for two you'll be like me it is the principle of the matter that you keep raising your rent so therefore I will look for another Storage Company. I will always search for a good clean safe low cost Storage Unit. We all love great customer service great prices clean units for the price I understand inflation but over and over and over and over laugh out loud it's ridiculous do your homework always follow and I'll keep you updated whether Public Storage will go up within the year have a wonderful blessed day and thank you Ms. Mariea 🫱🏼‍🫲🏾👏🏽for all your great ⭐️⭐️🌟⭐️⭐️service. 🤗

So I made the mistake of waiting till the last minute to get my storage place you can imagine my surprise and relief when the darling Jennifer went way more then above and beyond to ease my anxiety and secure me a storage unit with no stress pressure or problems .She is a wonderful person and great at her job ND professional mannerisms make me life and visit to public storage a wonderful experience. I moved out of 2 units that I have been renting there for over a year. I had an amazing experience the entire time that I rented there. I accessed my units frequently & any time that I needed any help or had any questions, they were exceptionally wonderful & easy to work with. I was overwhelmed during my move out the other day & David made things on his end super simple for me. He took the time to come check my units while I was there on the property & closed out my account promptly. His efficiency & attentiveness made an otherwise stressful day bearable. This location is very clean & convenient. Highly recommend!
