I recently called those public storage to get unit sizes and their respective prices. Zach was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about this public storage! He also stayed polite when answering all of my questions even though i had a lot.

Guy who works there is incredibly nice but is a little expensive and calling into public storage is an actual nightmare. If you ever have problems with your account it will be easier to get in touch with someone through smoke signals.

I have been with this location since 2017. It was a different company that had it then. Ever since Public Storage has gotten its greedy hands on it the rent on my unit has gone from $167 up to $338 starting September 1st. As soon as I can get the time to remove my stuff, I will be moving as far away from Public Storage as I can get. I have 3 other units at another company that are all the exact same size I have with Public Storage and I pay less for the 3 units than I do for one with them. I completely understand raising rent a few dollars here and there but more than 20% increase just because you want to, is too much. They say great things to get you in, I'm sure. The only thing I can think of for the good reviews is that they cater exclusively to new renters. If this is the way you value loyalty, then I want none of it. This is a prime example of corporate greed at work. If you don't want to see your rent raised with them $60 to $80 a pop, then go with another company.

No one is ever there to help you. Ever. So if you forget the code to your unit, good luck getting your stuff back. I would just go somewhere else but can’t even do that because no one is there to let me get my stuff or close the account. If you love being inconvenienced, having your stuff inaccessible to you, or wasting your time, go here.

Just toured the property with Zach the Property Manager, he was so helpful. Purchased 10x10 unit for our daughter in between moves. Super clean unit, and facility. Highly recommend this location and Zach!

My girlfriend and I were trying to get a storage unit. We have alot of boxes we needed to put back. We went into the lobby and stated this is our first time doing this. Zach said no problem and asked us questions and answered everything we were needing to know before we could even ask the questions. He recommended one and He made sure what we got was exactly what we needed. Which was very convient because we were unsure of what to ask anyways. He is very nice and respectful. This was the easiest place we could ever deal with. If you go there ask for Zach because he is probably the best one out of them all!

I just want to say this public storage is amazing. It is cleaned up well and it has great rates. The person I talked to was named Zach. I had a million questions and he answered them and even showed me some of the open units. He was super laid back which I love but definitely remained professional the whole time. He even answered every question I had right off the bat. So he definitely knows what he is doing! I would recommend this place to anyone because the great customer service i received!

I loved the previous owners. Then Public Storage bought them and immediately raised my insurance rates and reduced the hours from open all day to closing at 9pm. Worse than competitors. Then they raised my rates by 70%. Also signs are orange. Edit: They reduced the rate increase. I improved my score from 1 to 3 stars as they seem to be willing to work on being responsive. The facility itself is fine and nicer than others. It’s more about my dissatisfaction of the new larger corporation buying it.
