Public Storage was great to deal with. They were very informative when I had questions about how the Storage rental process worked. The climate controlled units were perfect for me and my stuff. Auto pay was easy to use. It was nice to be able to quickly buy some packing supplies at the front desk when I was in need. Very friendly staff too! Brand new facility was a plus.
LaVonne is amazing she called me two days in a row about my storage unit the first time was because I paid for my first month rent but I didn’t move my things in when I set my move in date the second call was because I finally moved my stuff in but I didn’t put my lock on my unit and she was calling to make sure I knew that. Her personality is EVERYTHING!!! I recommend talking to her and public storage place.

Awesome except they forgot to to tell me Downsizing to smaller unit needed to be called transfer instead of new reservation so I paid whole September plus cost of new unit instead of allowing my old unit payment to roll into new unit cost.

I reserved my storage unit online and began to stress when I realized that I needed a bigger unit! But the staff on site made the transfer process quick & easy, I was able to continue my moving process with ease.
We had an amazing experience with Keven. He was so knowledgeable and took his time with showing us around and explaining everything in detail.

Sara was extremely helpful to us!! She was very knowledgeable on the entire process and was friendly. :) She even got us a correct deal since we were told one unit was available but ended up not being available. The place is a lot cleaner than I expected and cleaner than most storage facilities I have stored with. The cleaner, I forgot his name, was also really friendly!
Only suggestion is at the back entrance, trash and people left bulky items at that entrance. And there was some debris in the parking lot closest to the door. Can you please clean these up?

The property manager Sara is a literal angel omg 🥲 I rented a unit online last night and it's been messed up ever since, but as soon as it opened she fixed everything up for me. She went above and beyond for us and that's putting it lightly. There's nothing better than someone seeing how.stressed you are and deciding to step in and say "let me help you out" and actually doing it. I'm so glad I decided to use this facility!!
This location has friendly staff who are eager to help you with issues you may have regarding your unit. I had a good experience on the front end when I initially rented my unit, and today I had a a really great encounter with, Tracey. I have a great appreciation for excellent customer service! Over the last few months I’ve had not so favorable business experiences with another storage company. I’ve done business with them for years. It reached a point that another facility needed to be found. In the stressful situation of the day, I stopped in and voiced my concerns to Marquila, she was professional, understanding, supportive, kind and knowledgeable. Needless to say I will be terminating and not renewing with a company I’ve been with for 10yrs and moving to Public Storage based on the exemplary customer service from Marquila. I hope in today’s society that public storage understands the value of a good, quality, employees like Q.

I cannot speak highly enough of Marquila, or “Q”, for her exceptional service. The entire experience, starting from my arrival, was truly remarkable. Marquila exhibited a perfect blend of friendliness and efficiency, attentively addressing all my inquiries and apprehensions. Leaving the premises, I felt assured and satisfied with the service provided. Initially intending to scout parking spaces for my boyfriend's multiple business vehicles, we departed with a new unit for my business instead. While I anticipate (not sure why there’s no availability for parking) my boyfriend utilizing this new location for parking in the future due to its proximity to us, I must commend Marquila's professionalism and outstanding customer service, which left a lasting impression on me.
