My wife and I had to organize our large unit this week and Shantell suggested many great items to help protect the things that mean very much to my family. She also gave us a discount on the boxes since we needed quite a few! Seems like the office was busy, however that did not stop Shantell from going above and beyond. I had to do work for a customer at this location 137 Saw Mill River Road. While I was here I had the experience of interacting with employee Shantell. I usually don’t leave reviews but she was absolutely awesome to deal with. She had great communication skills and a wonderful attitude. From the minute we walked in she asked us where the room was located because one elevator was broken and she wanted to ensure we had the best route to the other available elevators. Little things like that don’t go unnoticed as most employees wouldn’t do that. She was professional and efficient at the same time. You have a wonderful employee in Shantell.
