A great tour and professional store property manager. Valerie was exceptional accommodating and explained all relevant information clearly. A great experience.
Unfortunately this has been a disaster from the moment we signed a contract. Public Storage made a keying error when entering the email address and getting someone to correct it has been a nightmare. We cannot set up an account on the app because the email entered is misspelled. We cannot access invoices for our company because the email is incorrect. Getting someone on the phone who can correct the email has been a complete waste of time. Six times we have been told the District Manager will call, they did not. Visiting the location multiple times was not successful in meeting an actual person that works for Public Storage. If you want to sign a contract and be on your own, this is the place for you. If you need actual assistance with anything related to Public Storage, this is not the place for you.
Long term tenant at garden city location, manager Jane has been very helpful!! She keeps the property very clean and is very attentive to tenants needs. Highly recommend because of her!!!

I've been a customer since Central Storage opened! Karen and Tom were amazing to work with. They are no longer with CS. Since they left this facility has been declining! I recently returned to my unit and found the roof leaked and water all over my stuff! Substantial damage. I have insurance approved by CS to cover liability. This leak is the responsibility of the facility yet they are taking no responsibility! They have ppl flying in from CA providing talking points! I asked to speak with the someone in the Presidents office but to date haven't received a return phone! Customer service grossly absent! I'm so disappointed bc I used to like this place!
Just started using their facility. Met with Carol who gave me a tour of the facility and walked me thru the entire process including making sure my codes worked for entry.
She was a great reason, I started renting here. Hope all goes well in the future.
