I have been a customer for over four years. My personal property is not only safe but also clean and dry (my unit is Not CLIMATE CONTROLLED) and yet even furniture is in great shape!!!! Once went to my unit and did not lock it properly when I left!!! Ashley called and let me know right away!!!! She also helped me arrange to get my things into a smaller unit. Both Ashley and Mike always able to answer my questions about storage, always courteous and pleasant. Any business would be blessed to have either one of them as an employee!!!!!

Great service! I started my application online then went to the location to complete my reservation. Was greeted by Skip who was very friendly and helpful. He looked up to see if any promotions were available and I was able to upgrade to a larger unit(10×20)with a deal of only $1.00 for the first 30 days and the monthly cost was was just $15 more than the smaller unit(10×15) which didn't have the $1 promotion. Thanks Skip! Grounds were well kept and secure.
