Just wanted to share my opinion on this storage facility and the crooks that work there. After three years of having a storage locker and them constantly raising the rent on me, I decided to move my stuff out. After 6-7 failed attempts to reach someone at the place to get proper instruction and time frames. The employees there are rude and very short tempered, I moved out on 7/1/24 and they wanted to charge me for the whole month. I attempted to speak to the district manager (Eric Lopez) who was harder to reach than the president. He told me multiple times that he will take care of the charges for me. Well he is a liar and a POS as a person and a manager. They send me to collections and of course being a smart person I paid to put this behind me. Beware of this place and the way they do business. There are plenty of better options for storage in the area.

I rented a unit for 2.5 months and loved the service. Staff is very friendly. I was shown a unit to make sure it would suit my needs. Another unit I was considering did not work out as I was warn that it was an overhead space. Facility looks clean and pleasant to be in. I had to buy a lock as I was not prepared. So you can bring your own, I think.

Sophie has been outstanding rep for you people she has helped me tremendously from the storage unit to my cell phone to everything to boxes to my keys she really has been outstanding and there’s no other word to say it should be noted in her file thank you again for my stay and Public Storage

Very bad service, I called them seven times to open the door and no one showed up. I don’t recommend this place

The rate is increased for 25-30% about every half of year. The Knapp facility has broken elevators. Only 3 carts for the whole facility. It closes at 6 PM, so it is not possible to access it after the work during the weekdays. The stuff is quite friendly and helpful.

I love the service Chantele provides on Sundays and Mondays. Please treat her very well and consider increasing her pay. Don't lose Chantele. She is very talented!

Honestly, pretty well kept, friendly staff. Just keep in mind, this is not a 24/7 facility.

Albert is the man you want to talk to if you want to get aggravated. He doesn't know how to listen to your needs. I asked him about the price for storage units and he is worried about what I'm going to store inside. If anyone is looking for big size units, obviously they know the sqft and obviously they won't store anything violating your guidelines, Albert. All I need, before going further, is pricing... instead of you pushing other unnecessary information you have in your mind. I asked you about specific units and first I want to compare your prices. You need to be patient and listen first before trying to push other selling points. Just relax, Albert, learn how to listen to other people's needs, otherwise you can't help them.

This location is always clean and the staff helpful.

BEWARE- your stuff will end up ruined, they won’t take any responsibility, they won’t offer to move you to a different unit + they’ll keep raising your rent every 3 months. I got a unit here in 2020 for a little over a hundred bucks. A year or so later my rent kept inching up and up and up until this month it was going to be $400. Worse yet I went a few months the ago and noticed that the floor my unit was on was hot, humid, and smelled bad- when I went into my unit I found a weird oily substance on my stuff and some things were moldy. The people who worked there said that since we didn’t have insurance they couldn’t do anything for us, but that we’d have to “evacuate” because of the leak. By which they meant we’d have to pay to have all of our stuff moved to a different facility because they didn’t have any more units the same size. I asked why the place was so hot when it was supposed to be climate controlled and they told me that they were instructed to keep the facility THE SAME TEMPERATURE AS OUTSIDE— which is the opposite of climate control. I finally moved out, only my own dime, to a facility run by a different company. Definitely do not recommend this place.

I would like to send a nice 5 Starts for Sophie she's always help when I need it she is very professional and knows every answers for my questions. Knapp Location always clean as well the staff did a great job 👏

My husband took me to ihop for the first time. I was dying to go and happy to have it. I have an hour neighborhood, you took me for my birthday. The food was delicious, very happy.

Just got an email. They are raising 1 of my units by $150.00. When I emailed corporate, they would not give me an answer as to such a large increase. Very disappointing...

They raise the rent a lot, my unit was $29 a year ago and now I pay $50. I got no notice too. Also they're open 9-5, and I also work 9-5, their hours are very inconvenient.

If you like getting ripped off and dealing with people whose attitudes who shouldn't have a job this is the place for you. The longer you stay the more they raise your rent, It's a horrible place to rent from and they find the absolute worst people to work there. Not recommended. Most positive reviews are faked as I've witnessed employees telling people what to write. Its decent for a month or two but for long term storage, look elsewhere.

Good clean place

I walked in to Public Storage 4/26 to ask about a storage space. I was helped by Sophie. She was very charismatic and informative. Sophie showed me two different storage spaces and explained each size as well as the building features. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the building. I'm still packing but I am definitely going to use Knapp Street in the future.

Icame in on 4/27/23 to inquire about getting a storage unit for my extra things. I met with Debbie she super helpful and patient. She answered all my questions. She helped me figure out the size I needed and within the price range. See you guys in May!

Very rude over the phone. Wouldn’t even look up the information I was asking for. Tried to hang up in the middle of me talking. I will be removing my items and heading to a new storage company.

I visited Public Storage today to price a storage unit and was assisted by Chantele. Chantele was courteous, efficient, and most of all knowledgeable. The facility was very clean and the floors where the units are located were well lit. She helped me and my husband determine the storage size that would best fit our needs and the set up process went smoothly. Will definitely recommend this establishment to my friends and family.

Antonio was an excellent manager, went above and beyond, professional and a true asset to the company. VERY nice gentleman, would do business with him any day, and the other manager Sophie was an absolute pleasure. Great experience at this location with these managers.

I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place. I ended up coming so close to closing with a full 15’ truck that i had to return by the end of the day. Not only did they stay open almost 40 mins later for me, Antonio helped us move some heavy furniture. Both workers had an extreme about of patience & we’re very kind even though they were staying later. You guys have no idea how hectic my day was packing the truck, it was nice to get some slack somewhere. Appreciate you guys!

Antonio was respectful and professional. He took care of both issues for me and assured me the billing issue, in particular, was rectified completely. He was very kind and on point.
