This helps to create a safe well lit working environment. The security and safety of the customers and their belongings is very apparent. This being made first and foremost in my opinion having noticed exceptional placement and coverage of the surveillance camera canvasing the entire property. As a Security Expert Analyst and Professional Bodyguard. I am always at ease while on site working in my storage locker and interacting with the staff, who are kind knowledgeable and carry themselves as professionals. Lisa is my preferred representative always punctual and goes the extra mile to make sure the customers are well taken care of yet firm and unwaivering when it comes to mischievous characters. All sudden done I would recommend this facility 10 times out of 10 to anybody who asked I will always keep my my property stored in this facility as there's no safer place for it to be.

Staff is great, but property definitely needs some work, trash all around. The dumpster area is horrendous, the elevators could use a good sweep and wipe down, there’s an electrical outlet exposed (lawsuit). At one point there was 3 staff members, there should be no reason the property is unkept. Also the layout of the gate is very inconvenient, they should really consider doing something different there.

Me and my kids needed things an I spoke to someone and they told me about this place..Heather was so nice to me she made me feel so welcomed I wish more people was like her 😌 I highly recommend 😃
I started my rental online which was easy and I as quite content until I went and saw the space and realized how small it was. I called the property manager and she along with a newer employee helped me get a bigger unit without hesitation. Your staff is absolutely amazing and I am so grateful for them. 5 stars all day for public storage but like 12 for the staff at my location. Thank you!!

Honestly I think it’s a great storage unit. All the one star reviews are about graffiti on the dumpsters or furniture people throw away when they move, or the elevators not being cleaned.. PEOPLE..come on now. Who cares about graffiti..who cares if people throw away furniture they don’t need, the garbage people will get it away eventually or people who need it will take it. Stop nitpicking every little dumb thing and leaving bad reviews for a place that doesn’t deserve it. I happen to think the place IS clean for a storage unit that has hundreds of people coming in and out everyday, and it’s air conditioned which is super nice, and the staff is friendly as well. Stop being Karen’s and Chads and be realistic.
