Liana is a very friendly and hard worker and cleaning the property.She always has the right answer and always has a smile on her face and is the one I would refer clients too..

I recently moved out of facility due to second increase for rent in a year. Started off at $115.00 that's with $15 for the insurance, 5 months later increased to $155. Sure enough this month they want me to pay $196 six months later. I get the first increase, maybe because of bidens inflation. Come on now they just playing games with people's possessions with the second increase, I feel they going to keep going up and up until you move out like I did. Other then that it's a horrible location, could have better hours to let us have access go our stuff.

I just recently got a storage unit at Public Storage. The lady Andrea was so polite and respectful. She made me feel at home. I am glad I went to Public Storage. I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you Andrea for being such a Respectful and Caring woman. Your amazing..

How much is a 10'x10' unit?

The manager here is extremely rude and unprofessional. I don’t know what her name is, but she is a short and fat white lady in her 40s or 50s. Very condescending. She’s also never there. The office is never open.

I can't say enough good things about the staff experiences we have had at this location. Every time we have dealt with this PS we have not one complaint. They try to accommodate each customer coming in the door regardless of their purpose in doing so. This recent visit was to claim a storage unit won via auction and AMANDA was fantastic! Despite the hectic facility she was running alone during an onslaught of countless auction winners she was efficient, thorough, and kind and took the time to walk each to our units and give any information we needed to complete our process. The premises did have some funky smells that necessarily the staffing was to blame for (please don't leave refrigerators full of food in your unit thinking that it will keep) and the upper floor units aren't the greatest aesthetically (just wooden panels covered above on the inside with massive (often loose) insulation. The outside units with roll-up doors are much better than the inside spaces in my opinion. I think the facility hours are really short unfortunately compared to other locations in the valley but, the area must be considered as I can assume the shortened operation reflects the need to promote the safety of patrons. I can think of a lot worse places in town but this area isn't exactly the friendliest either. Again, I can't say enough good things about the women we have come across working at this location. It's a huge difference to have that type of care from the staff vs completely dreading going to your storage, which by default usually kind of sucks needing to have one in the first place. Excellent service. People are stealing the roller beds so they now have to chain them up. So if you need to use them you need to give them your ID and once you are done chain them back up and get your Id from the office. Will use again if necessary.

Great place to store your stuff, the beautiful manager lady was so helpful, she was attentive to my needs. The unit is nice and clean, the elevator is easy to get in and out of with big stuff, they had carts which makes life easy. I am super happy with my experience, easy to check in and out. Thanks from the guy with the nice Jeep Wrangler! Hopefully that pretty lady remembers me. :)

Absolutely fantastic! Definitely recommend this company! On the web site they have explanations about the size of each unit and what will fit in them. If you wish to see them first hand, just call their 800 # and they they will direct you to the closest location that has the size you are looking for. They have in store and e-rentals. The e-rentals are easy to follow and only take a few minutes. They have on line help as well as office staff you can call for assistance. I can't say enough positive things about this business!!

I was not aware that this location didn't have anyone after Mike left my property worth over 40 thousand was stolen in the time of no one attending to this location besides on the 1rst of the month to receive rental payments ORANGE DOOR INSURANCE IS A RIP OFF THEY WILL FIND ANYTHING TO USE TO DENIE YOUR CLAIM THEY DON'T RESPOND TO CALLS NO CALL BACK UNTIL THE END JUST TO INFORM YOU THAT YOU HAVE BEEN DENIED THE CLAIM AGENT MYRA AND JUSTIN ARE JOKES I RECOMMEND NOT TO USE ANY OF THE PUBLIC STORAGES YOU MAY LOOSE YOUR ITEMS and they clearly show that they don't care I will be posting audoi and videos of my experience thru out my struggle with this company to show proof of what I'm stating.Be careful I got victimized twice. Best experience I’ve ever had with Public Storage so far. Have dealt with San Gabriel and Whittier in California. First time with Las Vegas in Nevada. Ron was very professional and helpful. Very knowledgeable. Was on point on directing new tenants as well as managing current and passed tenants. Treat others how you want to be treated and Ron will take care of you too. If you have the choice to use his location, do so. Otherwise Ron is exemplary of how a location should be run as well as how it will be run.

Not a bad storage facility prices kinda high but it clean and secure a little too much+4⁴rras 3 minutes late getting out the gate and was locked inside even management can't open the gate after 6 pm that's way to early to be closing as well. lots of people don't work normal hours in this town so closing that early is inconvenient at best I'm going to move my stuff soon to something cheaper and more convenient

My experience with Liana was excellent. She went above and beyond call of duty. It was scorching hot weather in Vegas and I was drenched with sweat and she immediately offered me ice cold water. Very thoughtful and attentive. She was professional, friendly, and patient with me; assisted me to phone app navigation ; and even demonstrated how to access app and activate gate. She made my convenience her top priority and I'm so grateful. Definitely a 5-star rating for sure.

The only storage I use

I've had a storage here for 5 years and the only complaints I have is that there hasn't been any type of working air conditioning since last year. I also feel public storage should have it where tenants that have been there for quite some time be "grandfathered in" when it comes to rental payments so that they can stay at a set amount each month.

I started freaking out about moving and having to find a storage space while lying awake at three am. Filled out a general form and while at work the next morning got a call from the nicest person, Michael. I had a lot of questions since I never had a storage space before and he was able to answer all my questions. He explained the process and confirmed my reservation. I called him a couple of days later thinking we may need to move it and he was serious he best. Direct line was given and when I called back again to ask about coming in to see the space and pay for it he offered to stay on the phone and walk me through the online process. I got a small unit from here, and I complained after the 1st month of the bill being too high, well they were charging me insurance, so I asked to have the insurance removed. The next month I received a call from a staff member there, telling me that my storage didn't have a lock on it. This is impossible, because I put the lock on and locked it myself. I was out of state at the time so the facility put one of it's own locks on there until I could get there, when I got there my stuff was vandalized, boxes cut open, and many items missing. Even a 20 year collection of videos on mini dvs of priceless family video. It was told to me by several people, that facility staff members, sometimes under the owners consent will purposely break into storage units that don't carry insurance, maybe to teach a lesson as well as come up on some stuff. No interior cameras, located in the tweekerville section of the dirty city. They got me good, thanks Pubic Storage! I'm traumatized! (I feel Brittney had something to do with it)

I have a friend who has had storage at this facility for quite awhile. A very nice employee here named Mike took the time to see how long my friend has had storage here and, without asking, came down to the unit and said he would look into possibly giving my elderly friend a discount because he truly has been a good customer for a long time. I appreciate that, because it would help the gentleman out quite a bit. With everything being so crazy right now, I was really surprised at Mikes concern. I would recommend this place for sure.

Bad customer service.. The front desk said we had to purchase their lock because we didnt have our own and we can return it when we are done and get a refund.. Turns out you can't return the lock or get your money back

The good reviews are fake ones to help bonuses obviously you can easily tell by the name drops .Do not even try here if you want to ever have access to your belongings or if you expect them to be here at any certain time. This place has cost me more money than if i was to throw my things away and buy brand new and uts inly been a week so far everyone is nice when there is someone here and yiy can chase the. Down and decipher whuch ones work here and whuch are homeless. They are uneeliable,unpredictable, and just plainly unproffessiinal.

No elevator I was helping a friend get some stuff out of storage o. The 2nd floor an it was busy so just imagine the nite mare with no elevated working I asked around about the broken elevator . it's been well over a month an my friend pays $134.00 a month out friggen ragous

I have had at least 1 unit and sometimes several here for a few years. It was close to my house and the front desk girls have been nice...they still are....but the hours suck, the facility has gone in to disrepair and the management is rude and unhelpful. This came to a head on a Saturday when I went to remove items for an install (I'm a designer) and the elevator wasn't working. I asked when it would be fixed as I had furniture to move and didn't want to move it down stairs if possible. They didn't know, and after checking with the manager I was told "the elevator is an accessory and there were 3 stairwells I was free to use" NOPE!!! I moved units and I wasn't even credited for the few days in to the new month be cause it was after the 1st. They will bait and switch you on the pricing as they REQUIRE you to buy their rental insurance that starts at 11.00 a month. No way to waive it if you want to use your own. Lots of homeless in the facility (which isn'[t bad in and of itself) but they leave trash because there is no trashcans provided. The bathroom is always out of order and overall it can feel sketchy and often smells like people are smoking crack in the halls. I recommend StorAmerica down the street now- cheaper, cleaner and professional.

I rented a storage unit here for about two years. It is safe and clean. You *do*not* have 24 hour access and that is a good thing. You DO NOT want 24 hour access, because that is not safe. The photo shows how much stuff I was able to fit into my unit. My bed, all my clothes, all my books (I love books!), all my kitchen stuff (there was quite a bit). It is very convenient to have a storage unit. You know that your important possession are safe. During my time here, they changed the rules regarding access. It is better now. Instead of 9:30AM to 5:30PM, it is now something like 6:30AM to 6:30PM. Being able to pop in early and grab something (or drop something off) is great! The location I rented from is on Tropicana just east of Maryland. They are GREAT!
