Every thing Google is HORRID. I would like to move somewhere where “ they “ have never heard of Google and their ever reaching arms and data collecting. As far as Public Storage the whole experience was Horrid in every way imaginable and beyond what one would imagine. It lasted 10 days and I am disputing charges put on my VISA as a retainer. I paid cash. Warning to everyone, go somewhere else if you have an option
The storage facility is a scam. I began inquiring online for a storage unit and made a reservation at a reasonable price. They called me and the next morning and try to pressure me into paying for the unit at that time. I hadn't made my bank deposit yet, so I declined at that time. Nothing was ever said on the phone to me that the facility was not operational at that time. So when I purchased the unit and arrived to findout which unit would be mine....I was told " Oh, by the way...our elevators are not working at this time". I said ok what floor am I on? She said the 3rd floor. I asked how I was to get my furniture to my unit ? I was told use the stairs. I am handicapped, was my response. She shrugged her shoulders. I explained I live in AZ. I'm here by my self to move these things and depended on the carts and elevators to do the moving of furniture. I asked why I was not told about the elevators when she called me trying to get my payment and contract from me? This is something that should have been disclosed BEFORE payment was made and contract signed. She shrugged her shoulders again. I re-itterated that I'm crippled(pointing to my legs) that this storage they sold me is not possibly accessible for me. I asked for a refund. I paid $51.66 she refused to return the $30 admin fee. I maid this place aware of my handicap when I was reserving the unit. A 3rd floor should have never been sold to me knowing the elevators were not working. I had that day only to get things in storage as I had to return for Az. that same day. I let my handicap be known online. As well as they called me and I let it be known at that time as well and my situation of having to get it into the storage that day and that day only. They had the opportunity to tell me and give me a choice if I wanted to go with their facility or not but she crammed it down my throat instead and then kept my money. This place is nothing but greedy money sucking thieves. I hope she sleeps well at night knowing that she robbed a handicapped person. Cuz that's exactly how it feels to me
This company was a whole I. Very disappointed with. The staff is super friendly here I can't complain about the lady in the office she's really nice. What I can say is this place just needs to get it together with the payments and what is reflected on what account because if you have multiple storage units unless you call and have them all linked you're only paying on the one you see when you log into you're account. Now I have two storages in lien but thr other storage unit I've paid over 1300 dollars and have a positive balance on that account. But the other property I have two storages I am about to lose with everything in them because of this flaw in there system.
They will beyond screw you with the rates. Customer service is the worst at handling anything at all. This is by far the worst storage facility along with their customer reps that i have ever dealt with.
This place is a nightmare! Trying to check in here is absolute hell, and will leave you needing to take time off of work to get things done.
My friends and I arrived with a Uhaul full of furniture and whatnot, ready to unload into my unit. We got there during "open" hours only to find that there was no one there. We knocked, we called, we texted, and got no one. We couldn't access the property to be able to get to my storage unit because every time we tried to type in the access code that was given, the callbox said to see a manager. No manager was on site!
Finally, someone else came along and we followed them in. Only to then realize that there were more call boxes to access the inside of the facility. My access code still didn't work. We called the 1-800 number on the wall to see if we could get help but got absolutely nowhere. We decided to leave and try again the next day (I literally had to call out of work to do this).
Upon exiting, we realized that you also need to enter the code. What a pain! We were now stuck on this property, which never should happen to anyone!! We had to call the 1-800 number once again and be put on hold for minutes before we were finally let out. While, in the meantime, several homeless people (who we assumed lived inside the storage units) were coming and going with no problem. Ridiculous!
Fast forward to this morning, the next day. I keep calling and calling yet again to make sure that these people will actually show up and do their job today, and, again, no one is answering. I can't get through on the 1-800 number anymore as it just disconnects after I verify my information. So I'm out $160 something dollars, and also out a storage unit! To top it all off, I'm missing income at work. Avoid this place at all costs!!
Liana is the best property manager in Las Vegas.
I have rented a few storages from here on and off thorought a 15-year period. It's always easy to move in and out. Although, the price you agree to pay for a unit never stays the same after so many months. Also, the employees here never seem to be the friendliest either. But I don't go there to socialize, so it's not really a bother.
Awful! If you rent it but don't need it, there's no refund. No one was there at around 3pm the day I rented it, so it was too late to use it. The keypad code didn't work. I was one of three people just waiting for anyone to open up. I had one shot to hire movers to move and they ruined it. I called customer service and they said that one manager works at two locations. Well at least make sure your gate access works and mention it online for people who reserve and paid in full. But they want you to give it up so they can rent it out again. Nope, I don't think so. It's mine for a month with nothing in it.

SCAM SCAM SCAM DONT RENT HERE!!!Update*** my unit was broken in for the second time Jan 2024**Public storage is the WORSE STORAGE FACILITY IN AMERICA. I’ve had a unit broken into at 1400 e Tropicana that was located inside the facility upstairs behind the gate and was robbed by the on-site managers that lived there name RONALD and SHELLY. THEY broke into 5-6 units and they unplugged all the cameras and they didn’t report it to the police so all the insurance claims were denied . DO NOT PURCHASE UNITS HERE YOUVE BEEN WARNED. Location is always closed during work hours and they never answer the phone

What time does the restroom open? The location on Tropicana restroom was locked when I arrived this morning, and when I left, it still was locked. I had to leave quickly to use a toilet ๐ ๐คฃ
Brian provided excellent service. My mother just moved out here from Georgia and when she went to get some stuff from her storage, the key to the lock broke. Brian made sure my mother was provided with a new key and lock right away. Thank you

Terrible customer service by front desk. Liana answers to questions like trying to start fights. I will never do business with this place as long as they hire employees like this. What ever happened to customer service?
It's not open hours they say and storage is not climate control it's not even insulated like it says had get storage definitely expected more for the price update: management reached out to me and handle the situation thank you for responding and taking care of situation

I recently moved out of facility due to second increase for rent in a year. Started off at $115.00 that's with $15 for the insurance, 5 months later increased to $155. Sure enough this month they want me to pay $196 six months later. I get the first increase, maybe because of bidens inflation. Come on now they just playing games with people's possessions with the second increase, I feel they going to keep going up and up until you move out like I did. Other then that it's a horrible location, could have better hours to let us have access go our stuff.
I just recently got a storage unit at Public Storage. The lady Andrea was so polite and respectful. She made me feel at home. I am glad I went to Public Storage. I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you Andrea for being such a Respectful and Caring woman. Your amazing..

The manager here is extremely rude and unprofessional. I don’t know what her name is, but she is a short and fat white lady in her 40s or 50s. Very condescending. She’s also never there. The office is never open.

I can't say enough good things about the staff experiences we have had at this location. Every time we have dealt with this PS we have not one complaint. They try to accommodate each customer coming in the door regardless of their purpose in doing so. This recent visit was to claim a storage unit won via auction and AMANDA was fantastic! Despite the hectic facility she was running alone during an onslaught of countless auction winners she was efficient, thorough, and kind and took the time to walk each to our units and give any information we needed to complete our process.
The premises did have some funky smells that necessarily the staffing was to blame for (please don't leave refrigerators full of food in your unit thinking that it will keep) and the upper floor units aren't the greatest aesthetically (just wooden panels covered above on the inside with massive (often loose) insulation. The outside units with roll-up doors are much better than the inside spaces in my opinion. I think the facility hours are really short unfortunately compared to other locations in the valley but, the area must be considered as I can assume the shortened operation reflects the need to promote the safety of patrons. I can think of a lot worse places in town but this area isn't exactly the friendliest either.
Again, I can't say enough good things about the women we have come across working at this location. It's a huge difference to have that type of care from the staff vs completely dreading going to your storage, which by default usually kind of sucks needing to have one in the first place. Excellent service. People are stealing the roller beds so they now have to chain them up. So if you need to use them you need to give them your ID and once you are done chain them back up and get your Id from the office.
Will use again if necessary.

Great place to store your stuff, the beautiful manager lady was so helpful, she was attentive to my needs. The unit is nice and clean, the elevator is easy to get in and out of with big stuff, they had carts which makes life easy. I am super happy with my experience, easy to check in and out. Thanks from the guy with the nice Jeep Wrangler! Hopefully that pretty lady remembers me. :)

Absolutely fantastic! Definitely recommend this company! On the web site they have explanations about the size of each unit and what will fit in them. If you wish to see them first hand, just call their 800 # and they they will direct you to the closest location that has the size you are looking for. They have in store and e-rentals. The e-rentals are easy to follow and only take a few minutes. They have on line help as well as office staff you can call for assistance. I can't say enough positive things about this business!!
