Such a beautiful and effortless process. Met Kip the new property manager….so courteous, professional and we even shared some laughs. Found a unit perfect for Mr and the perfect location ( close to the gate entrance). Friendly atmosphere and I would recommend him to anyone when applying for a unit!!!! My parents had a unit here for over a year and loved the facility and staff, and now I had a sudden move and needed storage. Although its about a 20 min drive it was an easy decision to start back up here.
Michelle is one of the nicest people ever and is so incredibly thoughtful and helpful. Moving is stressful and she made everything so easy and organized. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Michelle from the Public Storage in Mantua, NJ was really helpful when I was trying to rent a unit from a Public Storage facility in a nearby town recently! I was doing this remotely from a different state. She took the time to help with the process remotely by checking over the details from her computer system several times to be sure that I had filled out my application correctly! Public Storage has a great staff, who works together, even from different facilities, to help customers get the space they need!! Thank you very much!!! I recommend Public Storage. I had to get a storage space since my daughter moved back home and there wasn't enough room. Went and checked out the Mantua Public Storage and Michelle was a great help. She showed us several sizes and helped us figure out what we needed. The building is all inside with carts and cameras and she keeps it very clean, even the restrooms were nice and clean. I would definitely recommend storing here.
Everyone was so nice and the place was clean. The closure needs a little WD40 to move the latch, but otherwise a good experience so far.

Michele was a huge help for me the other day! I came in with my mom looking to rent a 5x10 for the online sale price. They ended up not having that size available so Michele showed me a few others and we decided on the 7.5x10. She was able to get me that unit for the same price which was awesome. I love it here. The personnel are so friendly and helpful. I am unfortunately homeless, and I keep all of my stuff here. I get up every morning, grab some clothes from my unit, use their bathroom, and then go to the gym to work out and shower. The costs are very reasonable as well.

The ladies in the office are really helpful and very nice. The facility is very clean and bright. It feels safe with all of the surveillance cameras, gated and indoor parking. And the location and access hours are good also.

Very easy to reserve a unit, no credit card needed. I really liked the entire experience! My only issue being the confusion over the "1st Month Free" advertising. We reserved a unit for yesterday and ended up paying nearly $70 on the initial sign up payment, insurance, and the lock. Apparently after paying nearly the price of our unit monthly upon sign up, this month is STILL considered our "Free" month. It would be so much easier if all of this was explained beforehand. I researched prior to reserving a storage space so we were prepared to pay $30 as a sign up fee, but the lock and insurance were completely unexpected. Then to have the advertised "1st Month Free" be the month we have already paid $70 is also a big let down. We are new customers and are excited to see how our experience increases from here. This place looks so cool. We watched it being built and it's right near us, so we are looking forward to using this storage space!😄

overall one of the best storagre companies ive dealt with. the staff is friendly, its very clean and secure. and i love the fact the whole place is climate controlled and they still have really affordable prices and you can do everything inside, even unload your truck inside of theyre large garage and take your things right to your unit. id recommend them to anyone.

The facility is clean, well lit with movement sensing lights, good security measures with cameras on site and access code to enter the facility, maintains comfortable climate even during the cold, and has clean bathrooms onsite.
I previously wrote a negative review for this company after encountering many issues during my use of their storage facility but the care team replied immediately with contact information to express my grievances. My email was then forwarded to the District Manager, Marc, who, personally, emailed and called me the next day to address my concerns and did so with expediency. I appreciate you Marc for properly addressing my concerns, explaining the cause of them and helping to compensate for the issues.

Great facility, super clean! The staff is all very friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Destiny specifically. Destiny patiently went over all the information with me (probably atleast 5x) as I went back and forth countless times while making a final destination. She also took me on a tour to see each unit I was considering. Patient, delightful, and laughed at my bad jokes. 🙂 I would recommend this location to anyone in need of storage!

Staff was extremely helpful. Facility was clean and quiet. Usually, there are many handcarts for people to use. However, sometimes people would end up leaving with them (not the fault of CubeSmart). I felt like my items were actually safe being stored there. Pricing was reasonable in my opinion!
It's very expensive, however it's very clean, indoors and with auto sensor ceiling lights. They have both regular and climate control units in multiple sizes.
The one thing that perturbs me is the fact that there are not enough carts, especially since the place is so huge. The other is that the garage style loading dock door was broken by a customer and is taking a real long time for them to fix. It can be manually opened by them. However, office hours are limited. They refuse to give a discount on my expensive rental of which I'm not happy about since my unit is very close to the loading dock. That was the main reason why I chose that unit. I did discover though that the garage door height won't allow a 20ft Uhaul truck to fit under the door. I didn't realize that until I rented the truck. What a bummer!

I needed a storage unit since I had a roommate moving into my spare room. We decided to check out CubeSmart. It is new and very clean. The lady Ashley was very nice, friendly and informative. She was able to answer all our questions and showed us many different sizes. Right now I’m starting with one of the smaller units. It fits our needs for what we need it for. It is also climate control and convenient from where I live. I suggest to check them out if you need a storage unit.
