Quick fast service
I've been renting for nearly a year and I love the location, the ease of accessing the building. There have been no leaks, no pest issues, ( minus a few small spiders which no one is dodging that one anywhere in North Carolina). I just swapped out a 10*15 for a 10*25. The newer unit is spacious and is 360° metal. No concrete walls on the side like the smaller one I moved out of. I'm even happier with this new unit. Intro price is good. I recommend using their units.
Tionna was super helpful to us yesterday as we rented our unit. She showed us the unit, answered all our questions, and proactively provided all the necessary information about our rental. She is by far the best Public Storage customer service agent we've encountered over the years!
The property manager at this location goes above and beyond. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Great location. No piling stuff on carts and going up and down elevators. All the spaces are drive up and wide enough for moving trucks to get in and out. The property is gated and well maintained and the property manager lives on site which you don’t see much of anymore. Would highly recommend this location. WTG Public Storage!!

I’m so happy this location is under new management, Deborah was very helpful and accommodating this last PM told us we wouldn’t have a lock on our unit until the 16th , came to put some things in storage and found a lock! Deborah went and cut the lock off and assured we’d have better access and help giving us clarity on what’s happening with this location. Overall this is a very great location and you should definitely store your belongs here!

I am so happy with this storage location. Don and Victoria were just so helpful with everything! Even if I call and no one answered, I would leave a message and they would quickly call me back. I looked at other Storage Units and this one had the best prices. I can use my public Storage app to manage the security gate. I definitely recommend this Public Storage.
I had to make a sudden decision to rent a storage unit. Something went wrong online and the person at the unit handled my issue quickly. Every time I called or asked questions, the person on the other end (Natalie?) was so polite and friendly. She made a tough situation bearable.

I needed a storage unit and I loved being able to use the app to do all the details so that it would just be easy to go right to the unit, and the lock would be there. The website was able to give all the information I needed and there were plenty of options. Then to close the contract out I just needed to click in the app and it was done! I called in to make sure everything was fine (it was) and they answered right away, were super nice and helpful.

The staff when they're there are very friendly. The challenge is when you have a need to talk to a staff they're not available or you have to call another number and sometimes they answer and sometimes they don't they are understaffed and unfortunately the customers are suffering from it so thankfully I have not had any major issues with my unit there is a piece of the door I'm trying to think of what it's called but it's like a rubber piece to make sure that the water doesn't go into my unit is falling off and it has been since I rented the unit and I can't seem to get a hold of anybody to let him know so I just hope it doesn't rain enough where the water gets into my unit.
