Honestly, I have had some not so great experiences in the past with other storage company’s but I feel like today, there was a reason I had to call this public storage. T was angelic. So attentive and helpful and VERY understanding and compassionate about what I have going on. Such a beautiful soul to encounter early in the morning. So happy to have crossed her path. Management please give her a raise! This company is truly lucky to have her!

Smooth and easy move in for my college student. Always reliable. Only down side was that the units should be confirmed when moved out. Bc thankfully, I walked in to inspect the unit before my child walked in with her younger siblings. I was able to discard the needle.

**I'm a man that admits when he's wrong I have apologized. I spoke with the district manager. Turns out he's a great guy. Being honest it's probably the best storage facility in Charlotte based off location and customer relations** to an extent, but they are willing to take the time to have a conversation about any issues and come to a common resolution. And that's better then most.
I visited this location to just get pricing on boxes for my move. Lori provided me with the different options to make my move easy. Although I’m not moving until the beginning of the year Public Storage 25988 will be my first stop! I’ll see you soon Lori!
