I have a very good experience renting and storage unit, at this location and Kami was super friendly knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend everybody, if you need to and storage space go to this location and ask for Kami.

This is a wonderful storage space with indoor acces. It's very clean and the workers are very helpful and friendly.

My mom has been a customer with public storage for some years now and recently needed to transfer from a larger to a smaller unit...I must say Karey was extremely helpful with this transition! My mom accidentally locked her car keys in the new unit and I was about to call a locksmith but Karey explained PS has a locksmith that could pop the lock and he fully explained the process since it happen on a Sunday ..He explained uncertain billing questions and whatever he didn't understand he confirmed with his manager...I also notice he does a good job with keeping the building/floors clean AND ensuring carts are available to customers! It's stressful enough getting her belongings transferred so we truly appreciate his exceptional customer service and work ethics...Keep up the good work young man.

Kami and Angie were both wonderful to work with. So kind and pleasant. This place is always really safe, clean and smells nice. I’ve been a customer for a few years and there is no other place I’d rather be. I highly recommend both this place and this wonderful staff.

I've had a really good experience with this Public Storage location so far! The manage (I believe her name was Cami) was available on my move in day was able to answer any questions I had as well as show me to my unit and help familiarize me with all of the lock systems. The space is really clean, climate controlled, secure, and easily accessible!

We have been renting from public storage for many years. Through all those years we have received help from various employees but none that compares to Kami. She offers help every time we see her and always works with us to resolve issues. She really cares about her job and we feel very comfortable reaching out to her whenever we need help. We would recommend this location mainly because of Kami's willingness to provide whatever support we need. She is wonderful!!

My family has had various units at this facility over the years and every time we need help, Kami is always so willing, going above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need. She is so flexible, patient and kind. We feel so much better when she is there.

Kami showed us around the facility, let us tour the actual 10x30 climate-controlled unit that we have now rented and she was exceptionally helpful!!! I wish they had a sled more (2 currently) and I've never seen the 2nd elevator operational. But otherwise it's convenient and pretty clean, compared to other storage facilities I've been to/rented

Very helpful. Great service. Injured my arm and was unable to lift some of my storage objects but Jazz helped me my my stuff from one unit to the next.

Beware, they do raise the rent. Clean, well maintained, I have nothing but good things to say about the on site management. The space I paid $207 for last month is being advertised by them now for $156. I was a long time customer, also. Edit- I changed the star rating to 4, as I received a call from a manager and was offered a competitive rate on the unit I am renting.

A very clean,warm and secure storage facility, Ease of access once you have rented a unit is outstanding. I rented a unit contactless and it took all of 10 minutes or less I am VERY happy so far and I don't see that changing.

Jasmine has been great at Mccausland and I also go to Barrett Station and Kami has been a huge help as well.

I would not recommend this location or this company. Their customer service is terrible both in store and through their customer service line. You're told one thing just to get you to render services through their company and once you signed the contract they no longer care. I worked with Alexus back in December when renting unit. During that time I asked her if I would be charged for a full month if I moved out of my unit at the beginning of the month. I was told that I would only be charged for the time I actually utilized the unit. Fast forward to today, I spoke with a girl by the name of Jasmine who was rude and stated that I would be charged the full month of services because that is their policy and she doesn't know why someone would tell me something different. I've rented storage unit with other companies that provide great customer service and reasonable prices. I recommend you to work with them. Ez Storage and Life Storage I highly recommend. Revised review: After a having a bad experience with this location I was able to speak with the district manager to get a clear understanding on their policies. James was very empathic about the situation and took the time to listen to my concerns. After our conversation I felt a lot better and willing to do business with this company in the future. Thank you James for providing not only great customer service and professionalism but also showing that your company is committed to great customer satisfaction.

Very positive experience and on short notice too. Alexis helped me and was polite, professional, and welcoming. She answered my questions effectively and with zero pressure. I enjoyed renting from her. The units available on property matched what was stated online (not a given at many storage places). The facility was clean, well lit, and well-kept. Renting was easy and quick - plus lots of helpful details provided by phone or email (I wanted both to not lose key info). Would recommend.
