once I set up my reservation online it was maybe 5 minutes later when Richard call to assist me with getting into my unit with no issues gave me the price the total price the activation fees the administration fees and everything whereas usually people leave that part out and when you get there it's way more money than you expect but Richard told me everything up front.
From what I see so far there is no dropping the ball they have each other back there, to make sure customers are satisfied and things did not fall through the cracks follow up calls.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the units are. The lady who assisted me had so much patience. As a newbie to using a storage facility I was nervous entrusting my belongings to strangers. The young lady reassured me that my belongings are safe.

Edit: Customer service reached out after the original review and resolved the issue. No complaints about the storage unit itself. Hopefully, methods of contact via app improve.
It’s all good until you move out and continue to be billed for months. This is the second location that this has occurred at. Very difficult to reach someone, app has no options for contact - “message center” links to a survey but not to a manager.

I have used many of public storages in the past, and have had concerns of water damage and mold. I decided to try Public storage one more time, so I tried this location. Once I went to view my unit I was so impressed the unit was clean, dry and mold free. No opening for weeds or water. I then closed out my other location at a different public storage which had horrible conditions and moved all my things to this location at 1795 Linbergh. I met a worker there by the name of Alma, she was very helpful and plenty nice. We talked for a while and I felt very good about this location. Later I needed some help and information, one again Alma was there to assist me. She was very professional and informative. My only regret is that I hadn't found this location sooner.

I am satisfied and well impressed with the service provided by The Second Attic Mini Storage! They are super friendly, professional, and responsive to the tenants. They are capable, and ready to solve your storage needs.
First impressions are not always best. And resolution is a huge deal. After speaking with management and working out some details I definitely needed to update my review.
I have had several more interactions with the manager and found her both helpful and responsive.
I am currently storing here and will be for a while.
