In the past it's been very diffcult to contact anyone in person to pay our client's bills who are homeless veteran's or at risk of being homeless. We had a very close time crunch on moving our belongings into our unit, but Adam was absolutely great with us. He kept it professional, making sure we knew the rules but also worked with us to allow getting everything in there. We were able to get in and get out within 30 minutes thanks to him and our movers. Used their storage for about 3 months. When I changed my address, I forgot to update my credit card info, but their staff was quick to reach out to me to ensure I didn't end up paying a late fee. I really appreciated that. While on my process to empty my storage space, Lisa walked up to me and checked in to make sure I had no problems with my unit. She was very kind and attentive.
My only qualm was that the magnet on the doors weren't on, so I had to use other things to hold the door open while we moved stuff in and out. Very minor problem so I am giving them a 5 star review. Will be using this business again in the future.

I got a unit today at the one on 34th and main the sales lady was an absolute angel my daughter was going through a rough couple of day and she needed to move her stuff to a storage unit asap because people were watching it ready to take her stuff I got there late and in the nick of time. I didn’t know that you had to be all the way out by six I thought as long as you had the code you can gain access to your belongings well she came out at six and told me that they needed to close up by six I apologized and almost felt like I was holding her hostage but when I shared my daughter story she I could see the sympathy in her eyes so if she is reading this some how I am so very grateful too you and that you didn’t put us out I know you could have may God bless you Lisa

Perfect location for my needs. Super helpful staff. Lisa I think and sorry I don’t remember the other one’s name. The elevator was broken so they allowed me to change to a unit on the ground floor all on a Sunday so pretty amazing service. The carts are so convenient too. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the plastic across the top of my unit has stuff on if and I’d love to have a clean fresh one put up.
Pros: it does what it needs to.
Cons: business hours.
Set my arrangements up over the phone, had one thing reserved, came in and Lisa? offered a different thing.. Like everything was different. I couldn’t tell if she was trying to move me on her own accord or what but I didn’t take that space. Got the space I originally reserved and everything went smooth.

I want to give a HUGE shout-out to Lisa who works at the Public Storage at Main and Armour. She is FABULOUS!
I helped a friend of mine empty out her storage unit this past month. We visited Public Storage four times, and every time Lisa was on duty. She was very friendly and patient with all our particular needs--like having to get a new entry code and working around the upper and lower outside gate closures. She was extremely kind to my friend's very energetic and outgoing young daughter, asking her about school and answering her questions about posters and notices she saw in the office. Once, we needed 10 more minutes to finish loading up, and Lisa stayed past closing time to allow us to do that.
Moving is always stressful, and Lisa really helped us through the experience by being so easy to deal with, and such a great human being!

I stopped by to inquire about a storage unit and Christie was the one I talked to. She was awesome and very nice. She talked with me and showed me some units, answered my questions and was very professional.
The customer service here is outstanding! Christi assisted me with everything I needed. She answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns that I had. She was very friendly and her assistance was much appreciated and very helpful! Thank you Christi!
Ashley was really helpful getting me moved in and showed me multiple units to get the right fit. Getting in and out of the storage facility was hassle free even with all the construction going on in the area. Thanks Ashley for making my experience great I will refer anyone who needs storage to this facility.
