Happened to run into Angie when I came into the office to rent out my space and it was a wholesome interaction. It’s a convenient location and my run in with her validated my decision to come here even more.

Angie has been great from day one. She walked me to my unit and showed me how to use the lock and door. Everytime I come in, the first thing I notice is that it's clean. The floors, doors, and walls are very well taken care of.

Great place to store your stuff for short or long periods of time. Moved from NY to MN and public storage made it very easy for me to store and have access to my units in a matter of minutes. This is the cleanest and most secure storage facility I've ever been to. Angie at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The facility itself is clean, warm, will lit, & had 4 sturdy good sized moving carts available for us to use in the temperature controlled building. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing storage.

This was our first experience & it was awesome! We also had an amazing customer service representative, Angie. She was super helpful. Straight forward about what to expect w the autopsy & billing cycle. Bravo!

Where do I begin? I worked with an individual named Angie at the Savage, Minnesota location on Virginia Ave. I wish she could be cloned and placed in every retailer due to her amazing customer service. I learned later that she is also responsible for the upkeep of the property (cleaning hallways, facility, inspections). I met her after losing a parent and things had to be placed in storage. She was so kind then and thoroughly explained the options and gave a tour of the facility and storage options. Then 18 months later, I lost my other parent which involved yet another move, and a lot of stress - I had no family in the state that could help with any of this. So Angie provided a lot of storage and packing ideas along with physically walking me to the open units so I could visualize the space I needed and make the best choice. I don't know her last name, she's just "Amazing Angie" to me. I'm about to visit her again as I've decided to move following the passing of my parents. I may need storage both locally, and where I'm moving to as I'm downsizing. However I don't feel there's a need to even shop around for other options because I know mine and my parents' belongings will be safe, clean, and free from temperature issues. Eventually I will be able to distribute my family's things, and while I'm not sure how long that will take, I don't have to worry that they'll be in good condition in the process. Seriously I don't care if it's a restaurant or some other retailer, Angie follows through and is timely - she provides the best service and very obviously takes pride in her work. For example we were walking a floor, turned a corner and she saw one tiny rolled up silver gum wrapper and immediately picked it up. I personally didn't even notice it, but she apologized for it being there and mentioned she cleans there, too. I'm telling you the entire place was spotless. I know this is a long review, and no I don't know her in any other way. But good workers and ethical, kind people need to have someone sing their praises. I work in the area of marketing compliance for another industry and if she were under my inspection for a rating, she'd have a full 5-stars. Please give her a pat on the back if there's some way. Thank you!

The online rental process was a bit confusing for me. I called the call center. The woman was very helpful. I was still concerned about the insurance issue so I went directly to the storage site and spoke with the representative there. This person was very friendly and extremely helpful, clarifying some misinformation received from the call center. This particular facility is very clean, bright, and comfortable. The space I chose is perfect for my needs. Easy access to the secure facility for tenants.

I have rented a unit here for about a year and the experience has been great! Facility is clean, safe, secure, well-lit, and easy to access. It was fairly easy to reserve the unit online and the unit was ready for check-in on move-in day! Staff onsite are extremely professional and helpful..... special shout out to Angie and Cindy who helped me out today with the checking out process....they showed a lot of kindness and understanding!!!
