I have been renting multiple units since it was Ramsey Storage. Sharon and Dan have been an absolute pleasure to work with. I haven't had any issues since Public Storage took over. I am cleaning out units due to price increase. The facility is clean and access is easy. I would recommend .

Can never get into my unit I pay $218 a month for because they have been trying to fix the internet since March. Regional area managers should be ashamed. Make this right
Public storage bought out out storage company, what a horrible company. We never got a notice the facility was changing.
First, you cannot get a live person to talk to.
Second, I physically had to go to location to get answers.
Last, the jacked up our rent over $25 without notice.
Stay far far away from this company, there are many quality complies out there.

Katiyanna was in the office on Sunday, which we were grateful as neither of the phone numbers listed for this Public Storage location are working numbers. That is the only reason I am rating PS Ramsey 4 stars instead 5. She did an outstanding job introducing the storage options and showing me the facility. She took the time to explain how everything is electronic now, no additional locks needed, and they even have a hay with packaging materials for us customers to purchase at a 10% discount - convenient. Katiyanna’s explanation after I downloaded the app onto how use it to enter the building & access our garage bay put me at ease. Of all the stresses of moving, this wasn’t one of them! Many thanks!!
Lady was nice helpful switched my move in date cuz it was set for two days after the day I needed it. Facility was clean nice and safe all and all good place to store my things at
This storage place used to be Ramsey Storage Center. At that time they were raising their prices a ton with very little notice. The second time they did, after I complained that there wasn’t enough notice the previous time, it happened again raising it way higher right before the holiday season with little notice.
When they switched over to public storage, I was locked out of the building. They tried to tell me that an email and letter was sent. I received absolutely no emails and the letter got to my house that day so I didn’t see it. So after me complaining twice that there wasn’t enough notice on the price increase, they gave even less notice this time resulting in not having access to my own stuff.
Also during the change before all tenants were properly notified they increased the price of insurance, shortened their hours and gave us smaller carts to move things. I included a photo of the carts with my scraper on it for size comparison, they still have the big carts but won’t let anyone use them. I’m moving this month and can say that the small carts are loud and require more trips, but the facility closes an hour earlier now so it’s been exhausting and stressful.
I’ve grown increasingly frustrated with this place and I’m ONLY here because it’s 3 blocks from where I currently live. I STRONGLY urge you to seek a different storage unit/company. This one comes with too much frustration and changes. This is only some of the issues I’ve had.
