I arrived on a busy Saturday morning and thought it would take a long time to be able to get my truck into the loading bay; however, thanks to Theresa, it didn’t take long at at all. As a matter of fact, she was able to maneuver vehicles around so that everybody was able to access the loading / off loading bay with an adequate amount of space. The units are clean and spacious but the best part is the hard working staff, like Theresa, who made the extra effort for the customers. Great job and thank you!

Would give 5 stars if people were managed better here. What i mean is, incredibly selfish self centered people blocking BOTH sides so no one can get in or out. There's literally 2 lanes, and they take up all of them like their the only ones using this place. Then they take ALL the cart dollies? Management is nice here. Just wish they could stay on top of selfish people making it harder for others to use these facilities.

My mom rented a unit from here and the employee (im sorry i don’t remember their name) helped her find a unit to fit her needs before renting the unit online. We toured the facility and viewed a some units to make sure she was making an informed decision on what size she would need. The facility is very clean and the unit was prepared for move in. Would recommend rent a unit here.

We use this location as storage for our business trailer and truck. Staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Facilities are clean, safe, and secure. No issue with third party vendors accessing the assets when needed for transport. Would recommend as a cost-effective, long-term storage facility for both personal and business use.

Mrs Teresa, over at public storage, 18 1/2 mile Sterling Heights is indeed one of the best managers there is because I was having a problem with my storage size when she quickly alerted me that there were units that were larger for around the same price or a modest few dollars more. She always maintain a clean and professional environment. . Hats off to customer service again.
The receptionist Theresa was very nice and helpful. Our time in the storage unit had zero problems. At times the bay was full but most people are nice enough to move if blocking the exit. The units were clean and well maintained. Cameras throughout the facility so I never once worried about the security of my belongings.

Absolutely love this place and happy that I am here instead of any other place. Convenient location, great road access in and out, especially for semi-trucks, which I use. Temp controlled, clean and well maintained. Honestly the best staff to deal with also, friendly and helpful, I can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommend using this facility.

This place was awesome! I walked in and noticed that the place was spotless then I spoke with the manager on duty nicest guy you'd ever want to meet, so very helpful then unexpectedly I noticed that where units are stored it was extremely clean nothing like what you'd expect at most of the other storage places so I bid on an auction won the auction went in picked it up he was very helpful explained everything to me perfectly I am pleased and will recommend this place to anyone in the area that's looking to store their things.

Public storage at 6263 18 1/2 mile rd is the cleanest. Management is very efficient and took the time to answer my questions. Martin took the time to show me different size units and had me to watch on the computer screen how to get the most out of the storage place . The price is great and fits my budget. Thank you Martin
