Since Malcolm has taken over this place is so much better. It’s like night and day. He is so amazing and resolved all the issues the prior manager never cleared up for me. I had no clue my exp at this location could be so amazing. I used to hate it here but now that’s not the case

A couple of weeks ago I was at the Southfield location (24200 Telegraph) and was having trouble with the elevator. For whatever reason the code that I had was not working. Malcom was making his rounds and asked what the problem was, he tried the code I had and saw that it did not work. He then verified my identity, went to the office to check it out come to find out, I had the wrong code. He was very polite and respectful. I greatly appreciated his help.

This is my 2nd time renting from public storage but my 1st time renting at the 24200 telegraph rd location. Initially I was very concerned with organization and customer service but soon after meeting Douglas surprised me. He was so pleasant and kind.
