The employee Chris was more then helpful when needed. Storage was clean and easy to access. However its not 24 hours which would be a little more useful for those who work different hours at their job. But none the less it was a very good experience for my first time needing storage.

No refection on Tom or Chris, but It would be nice to receive a rebate when you terminate prior to the end of your monthly billing period. It just might put you one step ahead of the competition.

Clean, accessible, climate controlled, secure. Within minutes of reserving a space online, Chris called to setup an appointment. A same day appointment was made, and I had the entrance code and key to the lock by the afternoon. Very easy.
I was in need of a storage unit so, I researched a few storage facilities in the Area, Simply Self Storage had the best deals. I made my reservation with the operator, she put me in contact with Chris. When I got to the facility Chris was waiting for me, he was very accommodating. The purchase of the unit was fast and easy. You have option of using your key or the App, which I Love!

Hassle-free, fast, and immaculately clean. I needed storage immediately due to a family emergency. I reserved the space easily online and the next morning Chris called me to verify some basic info. It was the best of both worlds. I had the convenience of securing the unit I desperately needed online, but I was still able to talk to a person that I could tell genuinely cared about customer service. Chris answered my questions and was very helpful and understanding. The whole process was fast, simple, and easy, the facility is virtually brand new, and the management was exceedingly helpful.
