Customer service is good. Prices are good. The unit im using leaks in front of the door, and the lock slide gets stuck all the time. Access is very simple, and the app works great to open the gate and to make payments.

Yesterday (1/4/2025) I stopped by my Public Storage to get a print out showing that I paid this month storage unit since I didn't get an email but the public storage app showed I paid and the next bill reflects February 1, 2025.
The PS Staff Employee "Editha" assisted me and printed out the receipt showing they received my January 2025 payment along with my confirmation number.
I must thank the owner/manager at the Flint, Michigan on Dort Highway Public Storage for hiring "Editha" for this position.
She was very Professional and knows her job, she's kind and helped me with what I needed. She smiled as I entered the office area and that made my day. 😊

Erica was wonderful in the process to rent my unit. Facility is nice, clean, well lit and love the app for convenience.
Customer service did refund the admin fee after I cancelled on the original phone request… Signed up for storage only to find out they are not 24/7 access. If you cancel they will keep an administration fee. Literally on the phone they are professional but Beware you won’t get the admin fee back normally.
Just signed up and was greeted with a smile and She was very helpful with what I needed... I think her name was Misty..
Was great to feel I wasn't being taken advantage of in my time of need like other. Places I called girl behind the desk very 👍 to talk to and understand.
