I have had two units here for the past three years, one personal and one for my business, and have never had a problem. Easy to reserve a unit online, the app is simple to use, the facility is always clean and quiet, carts are almost always available, and I feel safe when I’m there alone thanks to the double-layered keypad entry. Today I needed some assistance with a smaller unit I wanted to rent and Savannah was extremely helpful! She showed me multiple options and facilitated the paperwork with speed and expertise. It was truly a pleasure working with someone so helpful and cheerful who clearly hoped to make my day easier!

This was my first time getting a storage unit, and I was quite confused and needed help with a few things. Luckily, Zee, a worker from this public storage facility, was on-site and reassured me about my concerns regarding the app and other features. She definitely made my experience easier and less complicated compared to a previous location I had contacted.
I recently started renting at the Walled Lake location last week. However, I had spoken with Zee from the Farmington Hills location yesterday and she helped me out tremendously and was even happy to do so! I recommend everyone to go to the Farmington Hills location! I'm even thinking about getting my storage there instead.

I like this storage facility because it's indoors. But they had briefly removed the carts from the loading/unloading area because people were taking them. The only way to get a cart was during business hours and you had to leave your license with the clerk until you returned the cart. Today, when I went there the carts were back in the loading/unloading where customers to access them without checking in with a clerk. I hope it stays that way!
I recently rented a storage unit from Public Storage, and I have to say that the experience was top-notch. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the security measures were impressive. I felt confident that my belongings were safe and secure at all times.
But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service I received from Kathy. From the moment I walked in the door, she greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. She took the time to listen to my needs and helped me choose the right storage unit for my belongings. She was patient and thorough in explaining the rental process and answering all my questions.
Throughout my rental period, Kathy continued to provide excellent service. She was always available to assist me with any concerns or issues that arose, and she went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a positive one.
Overall, I highly recommend Public Storage, and I would like to give a special shout-out to Kathy for her outstanding customer service. She truly made a difference in my experience and is a valuable asset to the company.

LaTisha and Kathy are very professional and accommodating. The storage facility is kept very clean. No issues with elevators or doors, just wish there were more carts and more interior parking. As with any storage facility be mindful of the substantial possible 6 month rate increase if you are planning on using the facility long term.

We walked into the location and met with the Manager LaTisha, who was a God Send. She was very, pleasant, very professional as well as knowledgeable. She showed us different sizes and helped us figure out the best way to go. I recommend this location. It is clean, well maintained modern and new. Don't hesitate to store here and ask for LaTisha, you won't regret it.
