I highly recommend the Towson Public Storage location!!!! it’s so much better than the McLean Boulevard location, where customers are treated like trash. The difference in professionalism and service is undeniable.
Stacey is AMAZING! She truly works with you, is patient, kind, and makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell she actually cares about the people she’s helping, which is rare these days.
The facility is quiet, clean, and feels very safe, even though it’s not fenced in. I’ve had no issues and really appreciate how secure and peaceful it is.
My only suggestion would be to consider lowering the rates just a bit, they are on the pricey side. But overall, the service and experience here definitely make it worth considering.
Skip the headache at McLean Blvd….go to Stacey at Towson. You won’t regret it!

I visited Public Storage in Towson for the first time this week. The manager, Andrea, was on time for my appointment, and could not possibly have been any more welcoming, kind, and friendly while thoroughly explaining the entire process to me and giving a tour of the facility. She made the entire process extremely easy, and before I knew it, I was all set to start filling up my first storage unit.
The entire facility was clean, well-lit, and overall looked much nicer than many other facilities I have seen in the past. Big thanks to Andrea for making it all possible!
Stacey, the new Manager at this location (Gleneagles Ct next to the Post Office) , is clearly the best this area has!
I had a few issues and gripes which she took the time to actually listen to, engaged me in a plan of resolution of the matters I had, and successfully resolved all of them.
She should be Regional Manager.
At least give her a raise as I am sure she probably isn't paid anywhere near what she is worth.

I was there at public storage on 808 Gleneagles and Stacey went above and beyond her call of duty.If a raise could b given she would b the one to give a raise to she really helped me with getting my storage .Very professional
The attendant was very helpful with all of my questions and worked quickly to get me set up.

We had some challenges with gaining initial entry to our unit, the site was unstaffed, but this was apparently caused by a family emergency for the site manager. However the staff member at the nearby location (on Joppa Rd) was extremely helpful and managed to resolve the issues. The area manager also called us to apologize for the delay and explain the circumstances.
So although we had a really poor initial 'technical' experience, the quality of support we received from these 2 individuals has increased my rating significantly.
Once we gained access, we found the building and the unit itself to be spotless.
