The 2033 Greenspring facility is wonderful. It’s clean, safe and has plenty of parking. My favorite part is that it is well staffed with nice and very helpful staff. Kai and Mel who work in the front office are always available to answer questions (or help with a once sticky door) as well as Nick (District Manager) who was on site on one of our visits. I’m a discerning customer and I’m very pleased with the clean, well maintained space, available staff and overall welcoming atmosphere.

Mel the manager, was a terrific help in getting set up and navigating the registration forms. Mel's knowledge, efficiency and courtesy were evident as was his commitment to customer service. The site and locker were clean and the ease of access initially flawless. Later access issues took time to resolve but again, Mel was instrumental in making that process work.
The reason this is not a 5 star review is that the automated functions (voice mail jail and computer glitches) indicate customer service may not be a priority. The inability to process an online payment or resolve simple problems through the website should not still be issues today.

I no longer need storage, but I recommend the Greenspring Dr. location often. As a business person myself, I know how important great customer service is. Greenspring could not be a better example of what customer service should be. Stopped by Greenspring today to get storage for my new job. Mel was a huge help and made the process super easy!
I stopped in Saturday to see what this location had to offer. The prices where competitive and the building well maintained. What impressed me most was the customer service offered by the Property Manager, Mel. He spent over 30 minutes showing spaces and reviewing policies. That alone will likely cause me to return and rent.
I stopped by the Greenspring Dr location today. I had not rented a storage space before. Mel patiently took the time to answer all my questions and help me select the appropriate size space by showing me several. I have other locations to check out, but the service I received from Mel will weigh heavily in my decision.
I like to plan things ahead of time so I made my reservation a few days ahead of my arrival. Unfortunately, I miscalculated and reserved a unit that was too small! Once I realized my error I went to the reception desk and was greeted by a very friendly, elderly gentleman (I’m sorry I cannot remember his name). He immediately helped me choose a larger sized unit that would accommodate all of my belongings. He noticed that I was having a bit of difficulty walking and so he made an extra effort in locating a unit on the first floor as close to the entrance as possible. He made me feel very welcome and assured me that if I had any questions or issues he would be happy to answer them. The building is clean and free of any debris. There are plenty of carts to assist in transporting your items. I’m very happy with my decision to store my belongings here.
Me and my father went to the public storage 29297 at 2033Timonium/green spring dr was astonished by this kind worker named Melvin. He took his time to understand what we need and treated us with the most respect we’ve ever been treated by a worker. He made the process easy and talked us through every inch of the way. I made an online reservation at Public storage a the Timonium location and promptly received a follow-up call from Melvin. I drove over to see various sized spaces--Melvin was incredibly knowledgable about all aspects of the storage options for us---specific locations nearest to elevators and entry door, insurance, pro-rating, etc. He took us through the process and was extremely professional and enthusiastic about the company for which he works. I give him and Public Storage a 5!!!
I stopped by Green Spring Dr again as my need for storage had resurfaced. Mel spent about 30 minutes with me gathering the information I needed to make a selection. I have one more place to investigate, but I'm almost sure that I will select Green Spring. Thanks

So, I was trying to reserve a 10x20 unit online. Once all the information was entered (including method of payment) I hit submit. For 5+ minutes we stared at the screen watching the circle (shows you it's loading) spin. Long story short, I called the store, where I spoke to a gentleman named Melvin who fixed me right up. No problems at all. He was beyond pleasant to deal with. I kept him after closing time and if he was bothered by it, he had a funny way of showing it. Thanks Mr Melvin. I will stop in to say hi next time I stop by my locker.
