When I went to the public storage of this location to get the rest of my belongings out of the storage nobody wasn't there. I was trying to put my code to open the door but unfortunately wasn't working so I had to wait for awhile. Me and the white guy had called customer service to figure it out what is going on. Finally Jason arrived as the storage manager had help me to fix the issue and I'm glad I got everything out of the storage before they bill me of the next payment. I want to say thank you Jason for all your help and you are amazing, very polite, helpful, and very professional.

Store manager Jason assisted me with getting moving boxes and he was amazing. He applied a promotion that allowed me to get more box for less money. Originally an EZStorage facility when first utilized, this Public Storage location is conveniently located in the Parklawn Business area in Rockville. The facility is very clean, easy to access, and has on-site management. With an ever-scaling business, Debbie, the facility manager has been invaluable in helping the business meet these evolving storage needs. She is friendly, low-key, and an exceptionally knowledgeable storage professional with many years of experience.

Rented one of the storages for a couple of months, and when it came to vacancy it went pretty smoothly. I would’ve thought there would’ve been hidden fees or procedures to vacate, but it was a lot easier through one of them clerks I believe his name is Jason. If it wasn’t for him and all his help I don’t think I would’ve had all the time and effort to close out and vacate on time.

Just rented a place here. First time booking storage unit. Joseph at the front desk was very helpful to show me unit prior to renting and also provided help navigating the public storage app. Haven’t used the facility yet, but I’m a convenient location for my particular situation. Temp controlled, clean unit and seems easy to use. Had an online promotion rate I was able to utilize, needed just short terms storage, and also can get refund if you don’t want insurance or utilize their lock. Good deal for short term use.
