Property manager Amber is very polite, knew her job very well and gave excellent customer service!!!

The worst. The price went from $70 to 500. Customer service is a pain you can go up there and no one will be in the office you can call and and be on hold for an hour probably because no one is actually in the office. The only time I've seen someone it was a man on the first day I moved my things in. Now I'm locked out of my online account, I have a new number and can't even update it. And since no one is ever in the office I'm late and I'm tired of paying late fees because there's no one in the office to take cash payments.

Let me start off by saying we always use public storage when we need one. I came here looking for a place I felt was secure and this place fit the bill. The manager was a serious looking woman that looked like she played no games. I was ok with that, Yet she is the sweetest thing you'll ever meet and has a straight to the point personality. I like that a lot. She seems to be about business and I respect that. I'd be surprised if you came here that you wouldn't like her too. I suggest you save yourself some money and book it online because they offer a discount that way.

I reserved a storage unit that was too small for all my stuff. It was a Sunday and my movers were there unloading the 26' truck. I went to office and the really helpful and kind manager helped me get a larger one at same location. She then ALSO STAYED AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE (on a sunday!) so my movers could move my stuff from the "too small" storage unit into the bigger one. The manager was so gracious and patient and helpful. I appreciated her customer-satisfaction-focused assistance on my move-in day. She was also very understanding/non-judgemental about my goof regarding my reservation of a unit that was too small for all the stuff on my moving truck. She was also an expert problem solver....she canceled my "too small" storage unit reservation in a way that kept me from being charged for it for a month. I was only charged for the one I moved into that day. I can see she takes pride in doing a great job at her job!! She told me her name, but I can't recall it right now. Anyway, she's the manager of the facility....and I'm SO grateful she was there that day to help me! -SS

Resident employee very rude & disrespectful. I would never store here I recommend hiring staff that are professional, polite and courteous otherwise this facility will lose their customers and paint the wrong image of what potential Public Storage customers are to expect spending their money here. Know better do better.

I moved in, on my own, no help from the office AT ALL $40 administration fee. For what? Move in, next day, elevator doesn't work. Still waiting on District Manager to return my call with his supervisor's name. 2 calls to corporate, no resolution. There's a 2 inch lip around the doorway, so a loaded cart doesn't go over. Just a horrible experience.

I need to share this experience today at Public Storage in Forestville. First of all I want to thank Kiya, she was so helpful, addressed all my questions, she gave me options and resolved my problem. She has excellent customer service service. I'm so glad that finally found someone that could help me. Thanks again
