I was so pleased to get help from Paula at the 1541 Ridgely St in Baltimore. She worked with Sam at my store 7130 E Furnace Branch Rd in Glen Burnie and was able to lower the rent on my unit. Things have been rough taking care of my father in law and with the high cost on the storage we just have not had time to go through things. Luckily Paula was able to take a look and help me with getting the lower cost as it helps with how much things cost! Thank you so much for your help Paula!!!

I have had nothing but good experiences at this store. The store itself is always clean, and the staff, especially Paula and Nikki, are always friendly, helpful and willing to take their time to assist customers.
Space was clean and ready for move in. Most of the staff is very professional and supportive. They are always short on moving carts they say there is 8 I have never seen 8 usually 2-3 and sometimes none or you have to go looking for them. I couldn't give a 5 because or their payment schedule and refusal to adjust it to meet peoples needs like when there pay day is. They go up on there rentals too often but they are close and easily accessible.
