Because Miss Stacey at public storage went out her way to right in the most horrific moving conditions they overcharge me 1352 then I had to run a truck two days later come back Saturday for another $160 to move furniture that was left by all It won’t go no more so

Public Storage on 1450 Taylor Avenue has been my storage facility of choice since 2020. The current property manager Ms. Stacey is amazing. She was kind, patient and followed the company policy to the letter! I experienced this first hand and saw her operate with customers the same way. She is consistent and fair to all. All I came in to do was switch units and the process was so simple with Stacey helping me. She is truly a GEM!

Sometimes you need just a few boxes and a roll of packing tape, and you need ‘em quick. Public Storage was there for me in my time of need. The location was convenient, the storefront was clean and organized, and customer service was very friendly and helpful (thanks, Candice!). I don’t use the facility for storage, but after such a superb experience, I would gladly do so!
