I inadvertently failed to put my lock on my storage unit. After noticing the lock in my vehicle console several days later, I was horrified. I assumed that my belongings were gone by now and I was kicking myself for committing the oversight.
I drove rapidly to the Chamberlain lane location and went directly to my unit. It had a lock on it. About that time two young men, Andrew and Hunter, pulled up on a golf cart and removed their lock and opened my door to all of my belongings still intact! Bravo guys! Bravo and thank you!

Andrew was top notch in helping my mom figure out a better option that accommodated our needs while saving money. He was always extremely patient, informative, and respectful during each of our encounters as we cleaned out our units and moved into our new one, even while driving around to teach and introduce the trainees we may be working with in the future. Extremely professional and courteous and very knowledgeable on the whole process. He took time out of his day to set up an appointment with me that worked for my schedule after I did the online rental process.

Our non profit has rented a unit here for years. Recently, we had an event which created some logistic issues with multiple trucks. I spoke with Taylin and she was very thoughtful and helpful. The event was successful and made less stressful due to Taylin. We have never had a problem with our storage unit and are very pleased with the cleanliness and security provided.

The staff has always been friendly either in person or on the phone. Only downside since the ownership change is the access times. I would rather have 24 hour access. My schedule can be crazy at times so 24 hour access was why i had originally chose this location.
Walked in and the employee helping me was nice. The storage I decided to get is very clean and is air controlled and price was decent. Overall I definitely recommend.
