Gunner is genuinely one of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve met. He has a calm, positive energy that makes everyone around him feel comfortable. He’s always willing to help without hesitation, and he does it with a smile and a great attitude.
He’s respectful, reliable, and truly goes above and beyond for others. Anyone who gets the chance to work with him or even just talk to him will immediately notice how thoughtful and amazing he is. Gunner is simply outstanding.
It has been quite some time since I have needed this type of service (storage unit) & between having to move & dealing with all the ends & outs, I was a bit like a deer in headlights. However, Gunther & the other associates were very nice & helpful to get me thru it all without making me feel like the old person I am. I really appreciated it. In addition the facility was clean & I thought the pricing very reasonable.
Initially, I would’ve left one star because I was charged for a lock that I requested not to be charged for because we brought our own. They also added a balance for the following month to my account, even though the next month hadn’t even started yet. And I was upset that they put us on the second floor despite the online booking agent, assuring me that we would receive a first floor unit.
I spoke on the phone with the property manager, Gunner, and he resolved the first two issues promptly, like within two minutes of my complaint. I will say be careful because if you receive a lock that you don’t want leave it in the package and make sure you return it in a timely manner or they won’t let you return it. I completely forgot to even mention the last issue, and honestly, he resolved my other issues so quickly, so I’m not even calling him back to complain about that. Plus, it’s really not this location’s fault that the online booking agent I spoke to promised a first floor spot when she obviously wasn’t sure they had one. The space I was given was relatively close to the elevator so that helped, but it was honestly Gunner’s customer service that made me so satisfied with my experience.
So I’m definitely giving the place five stars, I would be sure to speak on the phone to make sure you’re not getting charged for more than you want. Also, we were sure to move out one week before the renewal, so on the 21st day to not risk being charged for another month.

We stored our items in here for about a month and found the experience less than desirable. First, both the security gate and the doors to the facility were left open 24 hours a day and not secure (for the entire month we were there). Secondly, the bathrooms are poorly maintained, dirty, and without soap or towels. Additionally, as others have stated, the humidity was wildly out of control to the point that our cardboard boxes had turned to mush. One or two of these issues would be no big deal if the staff was responsive and worked to correct the issues within a reasonable time frame. However, our calls were never returned and issues were not addressed for weeks on end.
Warning to all check for mold. Climate control unit and suddenly within a month most of the unit is full of mold. No assistance from anyone even after I was told it was a known issue. My grandmas cedar chest which was her most treasured item.. mold. Silverware and vintage wood box from my husbands grandmother…… mold. My entire unit mold
Moved my items in 6 weeks ago to a new clean facility. As of last night the humidity level was at or near 100% on at least the whole first floor. It is much more humid inside than it is outside, and it's been humid outside. Mold growing all over my personal items, the ceiling, the walls. Water streaks running down the walls. My furniture damp to the touch. Boxes soggy. The whole facility is very humid. Not "Climate controlled." If you have items in this facility I recommend you check on them soon. The new property manager is aware and seems nice but doesn't have the ability to change the climate or fix the issue. Doesn't sound like he can even close a door without jumping through hoops. Those who don't by chance happen to go in soon as I and a few others have will come back to their stuff one day likely to discover a total loss.

Arrived with unloading company only to find large truck parked in the only bay that was available. Desk clerk seemed to be oblivious to the fact that out of 3 bays only one was available for use. He kept telling me he had nothing to do with the availability of bays and couldn't open the other 2! I had to pay overtime charges to unloading company!! This is absolutely unacceptable and I won't use this facility again!!
