Very helpful smooth process
I have been renting a unit here since before Self Storage bought out the previous owner. Since Self Storage took over:
Trash everywhere on the ground and in the hallways.
Entry door was broken with an “out of order” sign for months.
A/C has not worked right so it is hot and humid inside, storers beware!
Good luck bringing up these issues with a person, there is rarely anyone there.
Also they jacked my rate up 20% twice in six months.
I ended up firing Public Storage and moving to another storage facility not far from there, cheaper and much cleaner.
Had a great experience renting a unit today. Michael was very helpful and made the process very easy to complete. Glad that I made the choice to go with public storage.
Attendant was friendly and helpful. Easy access with the app, no need to get out of the car. Climate controlled units.

I came in for information about a future rental and had w the process works. Michael was fantastic and provided me with all the information I needed as well as showing me the unit that I would need. He is a great employee and an asset to the company.
Make sure anything you put here is on wheels and can be moved easily. My rent went from $160 to $220 after 6mos. That’s a 37% increase which would equate to 75% a year if I stayed and allowed them to do it again in another 6 months. Try and find a non-corporate, non price-gouging place.

Moved in Sunday 9/28. Returned issued lock as agreed, left in dropbox as instructed by Cust Svc. No word of a refund for the lock yet. 3 straight days of calling AND visiting WITHIN business hours. No answer, nobody there and place is locked DURING stated business hours.
Easy set/up, easy entrance with code, easy entrance to indoor storage space with elevator and cart, and easy exit! What more could we want? Thank you for a great first experience!

This place is a Joke, Public storage buys out the previous owner and now raise rates every 6 month. The facility is a Joke. Also good luck if you need a restroom while there. They lock the bathroom door so you can't use it. Restrooms should be available at all times the business is open. Thats smart thinking

I booked the storage space online but wasn't able to finish the registration. I ended up having to go to the site to register.
Having never needed an offsite storage unit before, I was skeptical about the security and quality of the facility. The location was good, but I wanted a tour and inspection before signing up, not sure what to expect. After a short and informative in-person visit with the site manager, followed by a walk through and inspection of my unit, I must say that I was very impressed. The condition and cleanliness of the entire facility far exceeded my expectations. The price was well within my budget and the modern keyless gate entry using their app worked perfectly. I signed up and moved my stuff into the unit right away.
Signing up was easy online and the app is accurate. The man in the office was available to explain how everything worked. Storage was clean and affordable.
Matt was great to work with. Made it easy and simple.
Management was rasist with me i goint take legal action i rent estorage in December i need be pay in January ut no pay because i no get job the put in action in February and never receive letter he call me about payment but he never tell about action i tell if can i pay i. March and he say ok he never tell the true i going take action legal because i went pay in march and he see me and he close me the office when see me he no like Hispanic

Poor management, communication, and service. Security cameras are sparse, elevator and gate codes don't always work, and the facilities are not accessible 24 hours a day. Also, if you forget your key, then you can just jump into the unit from the open areas above; however, even though it's possible I wouldn't advise it.
