Marcia was a great help. She explained why my rent was $50. I didn't know i had insurance but I will be looking into getting renters insurance. She is so knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to help.
Marcia is always in the office when I need her I went by her location on 63rd today and she was not there. Something told me to come to frontage and she was smiling brightly in the office just as sweet as can be. She is always patient and willing to help. Hopefully she can help me get a bigger unit so me and my sister can stop paying so much.

I never once had any issues while I had a unit there. and due to some personal issues I was unable to get there to clean up stuff out as I was in a different state he helped me so much. he helped me get the unit cleaned with a great suggestion to use a removal service. he went above and beyond to help me during a pretty rough time. I will forever remember the kindness he showed me. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. I can't say enough amazing things about martez is a wonderful person in your company.

I would highly recommend this Public Storage location. Lindsey was a God-send. She worked with us personally to get us exactly what we needed, even upgrading us to a bigger unit on the spot, no questions asked. She also accommodated some of our other requests, as we were needing only a short rental because of flood damage to our home. She remembered us when we came back a month later. The customer service feels like a small-town welcome!
I want to say thank you to Lindsey. Every time I come in she has smile (that can be seen through her mask) and greets me by name. Any question or concern I have had she knows the answer without hesitation and presents it in the most respectful ways possible. By far the best on-site manager I have had the pleasure of meeting.
