We've had a great experience so far! Chris was very helpful in getting us set up on site after setting things online. Laura has been very helpful as well. Facility is well maintained, clean, and secure. We've lived in other places where with other facilities, this wasn't the case. I also appreciate that it is reasonably priced for climate controlled storage. Also not the case elsewhere.
If there is a critique, I thought that the need for a cylinder lock could have been more clearly stipulated when going through the online process. I have no complaints about the lock itself but would have found it helpful to know in advance that the padlock which I brought wasn't going to work.
Stopped by for a quick delivery to one of the units. Laura was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable; thank you very much for your assistance, you were awesome!

Brandi was so helpful when I could finally make it in on Saturday. She helped me with my transfer & released my sisters unit after lock was removed.
I have used this unit since 2014 & this is the best service with a smile I have had. They both took their time with me even when they were busy.
Brandi was such a great help in our process. She was very knowledgeable and kind. We are so grateful that she made this process so much easier. We love public storage and feel so much more comfortable with renting a space because of her.
Doug is a great guy who works there. He always us helpful to me when I need it. I've had several storage units and the people who work at these places are usually not good with customer service. Doug is an exception. My rent went up quite a bit, so I might have to leave, but that's only reason why.

I was surprised how clean the property was, I've been to many places that was dirty but not this place. If you need a clean safe place I suggest you get ahold of Doug and let him work his magic, also he had on some very cool socks

Honestly, can't say enough good things about Doug and his helpfulness. The storage units are safe and secure, as a young woman, I never worried about being able to visit my unit and moving my things. Good location because its out of the way of main traffic but still easily accessible. I would absolutely recommend!!

I have another self storage service that is nearer to my home. However, I checked out the Castleton location after hearing of the great service. I have to say that after visiting I have nothing but praise for this location and Doug who has always been helpful and nice to talk to.

I rented at ine of their other locations before but needed climate control now and Doug and Trisha were freaking awesome!!! Both helped me take the tour and finish renting, even with the construction around there it was still very clean
Very friendly & helpful
Buyer beware! Simply Self Storage Castleton notified us THIS month that our monthly fee for a unit we have rented from them for 6 years is having a monthly fee increase of $54/month (from $229/month to $283/month). That's a $54 per month increase with only 1 month notification. Same location, same facility, same storage lot. That is just criminal. We will be promptly emptying our unit and discontinuing our contract with this highly shady business that clearly has no problem taking advantage of their customers.
Helped my in-laws move in last week, the place seemed well kept and clean. I love the location as well!
I came in very nervous about hiring someone for help but after meeting Doug and Trisha I far from regretted it ! They made moving easy and stress free and Doug had on some of the most awesome socks I have ever seen.
Doug was great! Really helpful and he has really cool socks with sharks on it ! I went in to finish the process for my storage unit and take the tour and was out in 5 mins.
