Rented a unit about 2 weeks ago. Wasn't sure I was going with PS when I walked in, however Lori was a complete joy.
Lori's positive attitude and ability to answer every question was phenomenal. She personally walked me through how to operate everything and offered great suggestions. This is a true example of quality customer service.
The facility is centrally located, has easy access and is extremely clean. The price was vastly cheaper than any other nearby climate controlled facility.

I have been storing my food trailer at public storage in St Charles and the staff and facility are excellent. They are always helpful when I have a request and the security is top notch. The property manager Shawn saved the day when I left a key item behind putting it in the office until I could get it. Highly recommend this location for your storage needs!

I’m genuinely surprised. Considering how professional the staff were getting me signed up for and ready to open an account here and how clean the place is, I do not understand why I have received an email without context, without initiation from me, and without any issues with payment, to tell me I have been officially moved out. I called and I was told the owner or property manager would reach back out to me about it and I’ve yet to hear back other than another email stating I have been moved out I don’t owe anything. This is horrible. I’m just grateful I barely had the time the past month to even put much of anything in my storage unit so there’s not much of a loss.

I love the fact that everything can be done online or through the app with no human interaction unless wanted. The gate is now Bluetooth and can be opened through the app. No more punching in the codes, unless you want to. They still send you a code too. Also love the fact that it's drive in, with climate control. Kinda stinks if you get 2nd floor cause then you have to use the lifts and stuff, but they make it as convenient as possible. Took me less than 10 min to complete the online signup, pay, and get my unit number and access code.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! After my sister and her wife spent thousands of dollars to store their belongings, they had come to find mold growing, not only on their wood furniture, but also their couch. They had purchased the insurance, but alas it doesn’t cover the damages. This place is horrible! 10/10 would NEVER recommend to anyone.
When someone spends over $8,000 to have a climate controlled unit and everything is covered in mold, and the insurance they have "doesn't cover mold", do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are countless storage rentals available in the area, I suggest you call one of them.

Was here with my sister to help her unload some old mementos. Overall the place was very well maintained! Little to know coordination in the drive in lane, but that’s more the fault of other drivers. Parked outside and carried the boxes in… not too heavy so not an inconvenience; they had carts but they were scattered and mostly not needed.

I had been pretty happy with this location. My 10x15 unit was $109 a month. I was told when I moved in that prices stayed pretty steady and maybe after a year or so they would increase by $10.
Well in about 22 months it has gone up now for the 3rd time. And now they want $210 a month for the same unit!
They also made us add insurance of $10 a month I wasn't told about until after I got the unit. Just beware that a low rate today may soon double once you have your stuff moved in.
