Worst business ever! I paid in full and I was informed not to worry about some emails and text messages stating I owe money. Needless to say, they still locked my unit and I couldn’t open it and informed me I have a lien on my account; even though I PAID IN FULL! I will never do business with this franchise again. Everyone at every level I have spoken to has been helpless. Also, they are never at the location or return your phone calls!

The transition to acquire the storage was good but the record keeping and giving out the wrong information was bad. By getting you into a panic state by calling telling you that your storage was empty like someone had broken in and stolen everything.
Loved this place when I used it awhile back! Great management and always kept the lots clean! Would recommend.

The public storage in Edwardsville is very friendly and efficient. There were two staff in particular that were able to help me I believe their names are Jarvis and I think the other ones name is Madison. I had a really bad experience with another storage company, which I explained to the staff and they were able to help me out and put my mind at ease.

Had to purchase their special $15.99 lock, only to get some standard issue $4 Walmart lock. Potholes everywhere in the parking lot. The doors are old, so your hands are chalky white after closing them. Two months in, I received a "to serve you better" 10% price increase. Upon leaving, got dinged for an extra month because I didn't give them a 10 day notice. The second star is simply a nice gesture. I will not be using them again.

Don't let the picture fool you. Maybe my unit is on the older side but the potholes driving to my unit are deep and wide. The rubber that is on the roll door is only half there. Definitely won't protect my items from weather or critters. The cement on the floor is badly stained. When I questioned the amount I was being charged the employee.. which was very nice... told me there is a account setup charge. No where in the office did I see this displayed. I was charged for a lock. I was given a lock and told "this is your lock". I brought my own lock but thought they must want you to use this one. Wrong.
Just little things that added up. I am only needing this unit for 1 month so for that amount of time the fee's were doubled when I add it up. Live and learn.
