Easy, straightforward and budget friendly option for BSU summer storage. Found a great price online and reserved online, but Todd was available to answer questions over the phone and called to follow up.
I have rented a unit for almost a year now. And I must say the property manager, Todd, has not only the friendliest guy that l have met in this type of business, he is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Also, he has gone, in my opinion, above and beyond in several different ways. Like giving me and others a jump start, he has even measured my car to let me know if it would or would not fit in his 10 x 20 unit. And a few other renters there agree that they stay there because of him. Give that man a raise!
Todd, the manager at the Boise facility on federal way has been so super helpful. He has answered my many questions. I really appreciate his time and professionalism!!
Clean and easy vehicle access.
No problems, just a little spendy to gain after-hour or 24/hrs access (+$55). Needing this when a person works graveyard shift seems to be an unnecessary fee for a facility that is not regularly manned by personnel anyhow. Access to the facility is monitored electronically or remotely 24/hrs as it is.

I have used storage units consistently over the last year - traveling between WA and ID. When I moved into my unit at Public Storage it was by far the best experience! I will never use another company.
I reserved my unit online which was incredibly easy. I received my unit number and gate code immediately. Once in the facility it was incredibly clean from street to unit. The access is bright and open and my unit was spotless. Not to mention, there was a lock included in the unit waiting for me.
I downloaded the app and now I can open/close the access gate with my phone instead of getting out and punching it in the terminal, which is a huge bonus.
I went in to pay a compliment not knowing it was just passed closing and Todd unlocked the door to make sure I was ok. Todd is amazing and cares about the property and the customers. I am so happy I found Public Storage and will always use them wherever I go!

I have nothing but good things to say! The registration process was easily done online, and all was in place when I needed it to be. I did have a bit of trouble figuring out the lock process, but the gentleman who is the Go-To guy at this Public Storage facility was very helpful, and is always around if I have questions.

I called to ask about the recent increase in rent. Since I am out of the country for an indeterminate amount of time, I was unsure about what I could do from so far away. The customer service experience was awesome - Tommy was very patient and understanding of my situation. He negotiated a discount for me for a few months, explained my policy to me, and gave me some recommendations on my account. Nice chat too!

I really like this public storage location. The pros: very friendly people, It's close to my home, sizes of the storage units seem to be very large. They do have small ones though, it's clean, open hours are good, and I feel it's safe on the property. Cons: I personally feel the prices per unit are fairly high. They could come down a bit especially if you have multiple units, but that's not the storage facility's fault that's everybody moving in here. If you are lucky to get a unit here on Eagle Road in Meridian ID, you don't dare give it up.
The biggest negative for me is the fact that there is a kiosk at most of the facilities, No one you can talk to face to face if you have an issue. They say that the people on the other side of the TV at the kiosk can 'usually' help you, but I personally have not used the kiosk. I won't use a kiosk. I'll drive to one of the facilities that actually has a person maning the front desk. I'm pretty sick of all the electronics to tell the truth. I would highly rate the Public Storage on Eagle Road.
