Property manager, Kisha, always greets me and has been very helpful in assisting me with the two spaces I use. She looks out for me and I appreciate her attentiveness. Worst experience ever. The gates are always open the power is always down. When I tried to get in the gate to retrieve my things, the property manager finally appeared. No one is ever on site and if they are, they stay in the apartment 24/7. The rest room is NEVER opened. Don’t rent here, not to mention there’s no type of AC anywhere to be found. RUN!

Website makes it very easy to reserve or change a storage unit, make payments, and access code entry. Lakisha was very helpful when I made the change from one unit to another. The new unit did not have a light bulb, but she made sure there was one intalled when my movers arroved. Spaces and hallways are clean and climate controlled units are very comfortable.

Lakisha was the consummate professional! She was very knowledgeable and made for a pleasant encounter by smiling and remaining super friendly throughout our interaction. We are grateful that she was able to help us find and secure a decent unit in a quick and efficient manner. You will not regret bringing your business to this storage facility because of her.

Tawana is the rudest individual I’ve ever met! She wants to run things by “her rules” instead of the policies of Public Storage. Like she owns it! I really wish I could actually speak with the owner to tell them how she handled a situation with me. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, she said there was nobody else but her & that I could call customer service but she didn’t care because she runs that property.

The storage facility is conveniently located however it's dirty and the people, while kind, don't know how to operate the computer system or fix problems. Unfortunately even though they have kind people working there if you're getting overcharged that's just too bad. If you get a storage unit and it smells like urine and you refuse to use it and ask for a different one they're going to charge you more money. so just know if you get a cheap one it smells like pee. And that's just how it goes. At this point in time I had to move to a different storage facility I'm much happier if it was much more secure and additionally it's clean!

So upset 😡 been calling since 8am its now 115pm yet to get a call back when I call I said it was 911 staff changed the lock on my unit and aint tell me cause my key don't work but they still been taken my money since August 31 2020

Miss Dshaunda has been servicing me for years!! Her customer service has exceeded expectations every visit!! She is a delight to converse with in general. I always look forward to seeing her she brightens the day!!!

I like the storage and stuff, the app is cool, the front desk is the best. But, last month my rent went from $74 to $150 something. That's a little ridiculous... that's more than double what I was paying originally. It's obvious Public storage doesn't care if their customers are loyal.. It's a far drive from me anyway so I'm most likely going to switch locations now Update to 1 star, I had a very bad experience where I tried to rent another unit, and they charged me nearly $200 for a $40 unit, when it had no power and bugs!!! No refunds. Then they raised my other units rent that was originally $40 the first month, then $60, and slowly crept up the charges to $245 a month. I'm 9 months pregnant and can't lift anything or I would have moved everything out months ago. I despise public storage now and will never use their service again.

Worst experience I've ever had at any storage facility. I buy auctions drove over an hour away got here and the lady didn't know how to do the auction paperwork had to call someone. Then had to leave and return another day. I'll definitely never buy and auction from here again. Oh and they don't give gate codes for auction buyers.

Hands-down the best interaction in customer service that I’ve ever experienced. I had the Good Fortune to be serviced by Dshaunda, who was also training, answering incoming calls, and assisting walk-in clients. Multi-tasking with ease, Dshaunda handled all with both grace & a grin. She was incredibly professional, informative, and a pleasure to deal with. She showed me a unit, helped me source the perfect dimensions, climate conditions, and even helped me find a move in special. If I were able to give 10 stars I would. Definitely would recommend!!!!

Great service and people

Late, unresponsive, horrible. Their units are only marginally safe - we had multiple break in attempts on several units. They have no on-site locksmith, and their recommended locksmith at first rescheduled and then completely ghosted us. Furthermore onsite staff are singularly unhelpful. I am unclear as to the cause; unwise management, apathetic and/or underpaid staff, or is this the storage industry standard? I would love a chance to leave a better review. 7/8/22 +1 star, but only because DShaunda is awesome.

The worker Lue, older gentleman had the tips and jokes. He was a huge help!! Seriously ask for Lue. My girlfriend and really appreciate this man. Need more people like him in this world!

Purchased my unit 8/1/21 for $66 a month… With very little notice, informed Dec. 29th and effective February 1st, they up’d the rate to $105! That is a very significant increase and definitely become a hardship for us. If I had known that I never would have rented the space to begin with. The $66 was too high for that unit in my opinion. We had planned to keep the unit for some time so, quickly moving everything out and/or paying the $105 is just not okay and very hard for us! It’s not about the customers tho, Right? Also, the customer service is short, rude and is of no service at all!

I was welcomed by both storage attendants Dshaunda and Taylor; coming to complete a lock out job, and I have to give my hat off to them excellent service. They were helpful even walked me to the storage unit.
