I had to move into a smaller unit after the majority of my items were moved out. I needed help moving my things to the smaller unit. Andrea helped me although these were large and heavy appliances. I don’t know how I would have done it without her help.
The building is neat, clean and I always felt safe at every visit.

Stopped by this location and was greeted by a beautiful young lady Andrea. She has great customer service. I felt silly for not knowing much about storing my items but Andrea spoke to me as if i was a friend. The business industry needs more workers like her.

Had a great and informative trip first time visiting the 2258 Dallas Highway in Marietta Georgia. The manager on site Andrea was extremely gracious and personable when helping us decide on a unit. Much better customer service and overall perks at this location then that of the U-Haul Storage we’re moving from!

Nice facility. However, be aware they control the ability to raise your rent at any time. This is not relating to introductory rates, I mean your normal monthly rate. After about 5 months at this facility, they increased my rent by 25% for both units.

My rent has increased over 100% in less than 2 years. There's a unit same size online for less than half of what I'm paying.Same location. The beginning price is even less than that. This is a scam to people who are suffering because of Repairs having to be done to their home.

First, I would like to say that the facility is very clean. However, the person working in the front office was very disorganized and was not super helpful. She almost seemed put out by my being there. I had completed all of the information and already paid online. The first time I went (during business hours) the door was locked with no notification on the door of when the person would be back to unlock the door. I went back about an hour later and got the code for the gate. When I tried to enter the code, it didn't work. When I went back to the office (literally 10 feet away), the door was locked again. I left and came back about 20 minutes later, and spoke to the person working and it took several tries for to try to get the gate to work. My biggest frustration was that the door seemed to be locked frequently and that there was no indication of when the person would be back. That would have helped because then I would've known when to come back.
Signed up today and we really like the facility. The entrance and loading area is very spacious, the facility is immaculate, and the units are easy to access. Zach was incredibly helpful in helping us select the right unit and getting us signed up. I was very pleased with the rental cost for a 10 x 15 unit. It was $50 cheaper than an identical unit at another place we looked at. I highly recommend.
Came in and have never experienced a more knowledgeable employee as Zach. He explained everything so clearly. Quickly, showing our unit…honest. We were in and out in 30 minutes. He showed interest in us also. Just a great experience! Thank you Zach and Public Storage

Celeste was very helpful in changing the size of my storage. I was able to look at the one I originally wanted to rent and it wasn’t big enough so she canceled it out and transferred me to a bigger unit. She is very professional and polite.

Celeste could be a lawyer, she got me to change my mind on renting my unit because I was walking away from it, because in my mind I think public storage needs to do better for their long term customers who has been invested in to the company for years, Celeste the best.
