Mark Morales is all about his customers. I recently had an incident where i left in a hurry and forgot to place the lock on my unit. Mark not only called to notify me but he also put a temporary lock on until i could get back by. Thank you Mark!!

Ease of getting my unit was great. Move in day was a problem with my lock that they provide. Called the customer service # for my storage. Went to voicemail 3 times. A customer helped me or I would have been sitting there 8 hours before I got a call back. Ridiculous. Then another problem with my lock 3 days ago and the man working there acted like it was a burden to take 5 mins out of his time to help me. He did after I showed my frustration. Terrible customer service at my location!
Dave is always polite . Very helpful, I have been renting at this location over 15yrs. No matter what I will always come rent from this location.
I recently had an issue with my rental amount. I contacted the property manager for assistance and/or information. He was extremely helpful. I've rented my space for way too many years. This manager has been at this location for a long time as well. We've kind of become friends over the years, and that gives me a sense of comfort that someone cares and is watching out for me.

The friendly customer service is top notch and I couldn't ask for a better process as I leased my unit with Darlene, Michelle and Kenny. Great interaction and patience with the Customer Service lady. Gate code wasn't working and she was knowledgeable enough to know what to do.
I pastor a local church in Norcross, when the pandemic started we needed to move some of our things into the storage. we rented 3 units for the church and one for missions donations that serve our Africa churches, our experience was outstanding at this Public storage. We needed to clear the missions Storage last minute which we did but we were too late to close the account for the office was closed. I called the next day Darlene offered to call me back but since I was worried to be charged the next month rental since I missed the date to close the unit. Darlene called me back as promised and she took care of the closing procedures and saved us from being charged a fee
