Letiecia was absolutely AMAZING! She’s is bubbly, friendly and communicates very well! She returns your call quickly and she goes above and beyond to help you out!

Tabitha was very helpful and professional. 💯 hands down An outstanding willing to help person, y’all have on y’all staff made sure I knew all the 'in's and out's' of the facility. The facility and grounds were clean and neat, and made this so easy for me “thanks for your help “

I believe the lady’s name was Tab. She was amazing in helping see what the best fit was for the items I’m storing. I’m so glad they have employees like her to take time with her customers.

Public storage just took over and already there's no one in the office. Their supposed to be open as said online.

Clean location with really helpful and kind staff. Good prices, had them for about 4 or 5 months now and hadn't had any issues with them.

Clean facility, a bit difficult to access depending on travel direction. Costs are high, two price increases in 6 months. Unless you're storing items that are of high risk for weather damage/high value this is not a great place for 'overflow' storage.

I would leave a nice review but after the services I recived due to managment lack of account ability I closed my account and went back to Extra storage which I should have done from the start. I was renting for the percs of 24hrs access which I didnt mind ,but the set up the account cost me to have to travel 2 times over an hour from Atlanta trying to finish moving art studio . I was told by management muiltpe times I was enterng the code wrong but the yellow box was actually broke and required fixing .Then I had a family emergency which cause a missed payment I called on 05/09 for a fee waiver for the may statement and online assistance to pay to be told that I would get a call back once the fee request would be honored 05/16 Mesha property manager continue to argue stated they waived apirl free already , which was a lie because first month is already paid in advance and I only requested one time .At this point I was emailed and text screenshots of a $15 fee waiver just to incure a $25 late fee when I was already told to wait on a call back to see if fee will be waived. We are all human but to aruge with a customer and not even review information that is being told correctly is insane .SO I called on the 05/09 see she waived 05/10 NEVER called nore sent screenshots nor a email.Then continued to argue and get made cause the call center sent emails for me complaining about her customer service - continued to email stating how late fees are waived instead of apologizing on her lack of customer service ,still placing blame on me . I proceed to retrive my items from unit after making said payment that was missed after the $25 fee removed by the Direct manager I said I would vacant the property same day .So my unit should have been unlocked and I requested not to have contact with the mamanger anymore . But when I came to get items during open hours she still had my unit locked and my key would not work while she in the office sweeping office empty and my account was paid in full 12:38 pm in the evening I came up there around 4:55- 5pm If I would have came to the site after hours that I paid for to get items my unit still would have been locked. Just because a place doesnt have high traffic shouldnt be an excuse to be lazy or incompetent on how to service people who pays said money for service . NEEDS NEW MANAGMENT
