Poor customer service

Sorry for the late review. But I come to the location looking for space. The manager justice didn’t have any size I need but she look up other stores for me. Thank you for your kindness.

The customer service was excellent today..

I came with my father to get a space and the manager justice was a great help. The location was very clean as well

if I could give this place a 0 star I would, the m. g. r keep sending me a bill even after t told her am no longer renting a storage unite from her . it's been two months and they keep sending me emails, I lift a few things in the unite do to there negligence of not fixing the storage door. it was hit by a U-Haul truck of another renter, I paid the bill in January the door was hit on January the 14 ,2023 I didn't pay February door not fixed m. g. r said she put in a work order , it's March and now they have sent me a bill , saying no owe them over 400 .oo. for a unit I can't access fully to get the rest of my stuff out. Nikki is the m. g. r name , plus the storage rent whent up multiple renters moved out . I asked on March 10 2023 for the district m. g. r to context me about this on March 11 2023 they sent another bill to my email . To much drama no respect to the customer, you can't respond to their emails, and if you go to the virtual assistance it's no help , tells you to download there app. I doint want there app

Samira was a huge help during the move in process. They raise the rent often.

I came to this office thinking that I was at the right location but of course I wasn't. There was a nice young lady that gave me directions to the other location and showed me what there units looked liked and explained the difference between locations. After talking with Ms. Trina I decided to use her location and she did her best to try to match there price for me and she did. I was so happy. Thanks Ms. Trina for all your help.

Horrible!! I've had my things stored in one unit and payed faithfully. I was accused of not making a payment and they entered into my storage unit and cut the lock off. It was proven that my payments were made and I still had to come from Massachusetts to replace a lock to my storage at my expense. There were RATS in the storage that ate up some of my property in which I thought would be paid for by the insurance that I had on the storage but was not. I was told that there was no insurance on the unit which was not true. There is still no rat traps where my storage is and nothing being done about it. Yet my payments are still being made. So public storage at 5445 Jonesboro rd in forest park is Horrible and I feel as if I should be paid for my loss of my property. Some of my property should be replaced. Unhappy 😡 customer!!!!!

They suck, once they get u in they act like a vampire and drain everything they can get from you. After you sign...you mine, rates go up but what they doing different, guess if they upgrade 2 a smile that's. 4 dollars off you

I only stayed for 2 weeks but I felt very safe and I was always acknowledged every time I came to the property

My experience here has always been a pleasure. The staff is always helpful and pleasant.

1. Not very secure. I once found the lock to my storage unit cut off and lying on the concrete below the latch. A company lock had been placed on my unit, keeping me from getting to my things. Since it was after 6pm I had to come back the next day. The staff on duty let me into my unit but had no explanation as to why my lock had been cut off (my account was up to date, in good standing). After looking at my account information, the employee offered, "Maybe it is because you hadn't been to your unit in a long time." My previous visit was 6 weeks earlier. Really? If you don't visit your unit often enough you get locked out? I bought a new lock, for which the company hasn't reimbursed me. Security isn't altogether lax though, they do a good job of keeping you from being on the premises after hours. Customers are warned that if they accidentally stay on site past 9 pm, they will be locked in the facility and face a fine and "expulsion" the following day. This seems a little heavy-handed to me.

We used Public Storage to store a truck and trailer between visits to Atlanta. Due the the size of the vehicles we needed help defining what we needed. Tashika was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Total service oriented she helped us to quickly navigate the process. When we came back to collect our truck and trailer it was a breeze! Can't rate this location high enough. Great experience due in large part to Tashika's great service!

This property is always kept spotless and clean. His friendly and supporting customer service is a plaudit to PUBLIC STORAGE.(PS). Douglas resolves all business issues with a high degree of Professionalism not found in other service sector businesses. His integrity, sincerity and sense of duty would be highly missed by the hundreds of patrons to the Forest Park PS Facility . As a Military Family we appreciate Douglas and his devotion to duty and sense of responsibility he provides. He is essential to the operations and business of the Forest Park (PS) Facility.
