Erica & Dez I sure appreciate it. Definitely, displayed top notch service . Eased my mind by getting me switched into another unit in less than 30 mins and physically helped me move. public storage let's do the right thing and treat them right.it's hard to find great customer service these days.

I was so upset the gate wasn’t working I go inside the young lady is in a potential meeting and helping a customer. She smiled and helped me with turn directions to my actual storage location around the corner and provided me with a number to call her if I could not find her. Outstanding customer service.

No one is never here n if u catch an employee they'll always say "we short staff I'm not supposed to be here." They'll clock in n out in an hour

Great service fast and the lady was very helpful

I had a good experience. I moved from one location to another which was much cheaper. I moved on the last day of the month . You most move out by 2100 hours or you will wind up paying for the whole month. Don’t go back in after 2100 hours

The staff here has been soo patient with me, and my being late on my payments, I'm sorry it's been going on like this for sometime now. However, I do manage to pay at last second, life has not been treating me to nice these past couple of months.. Regardless, I recommend this Public Storage location for several reasons.. They have installed security cameras for each row, and at the entrance gate, Can use keypad and app on phone to enter/exit property, there is never any trash inside the property- staff does a very good job making sure the place is clean. And also the staff are a nice group of people. And will help you with any problems you come across with your unit, and account. A+

Justus was absolutely amazing.

Steer clear until they handle their mice problem. We had belongings destroyed. Really gross.

I HAVE A STORAGE UNIT AT THIS LOCATION AND THEY HAVE MICE.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT WHEN I FIRST GOT MY UNIT; STILL WAITING ON A CALL BACK REGARDING THE MICE.

Sorry for the late review. But I come to the location looking for space. The manager justice didn’t have any size I need but she look up other stores for me. Thank you for your kindness.

I came with my father to get a space and the manager justice was a great help. The location was very clean as well

if I could give this place a 0 star I would, the m. g. r keep sending me a bill even after t told her am no longer renting a storage unite from her . it's been two months and they keep sending me emails, I lift a few things in the unite do to there negligence of not fixing the storage door. it was hit by a U-Haul truck of another renter, I paid the bill in January the door was hit on January the 14 ,2023 I didn't pay February door not fixed m. g. r said she put in a work order , it's March and now they have sent me a bill , saying no owe them over 400 .oo. for a unit I can't access fully to get the rest of my stuff out. Nikki is the m. g. r name , plus the storage rent whent up multiple renters moved out . I asked on March 10 2023 for the district m. g. r to context me about this on March 11 2023 they sent another bill to my email . To much drama no respect to the customer, you can't respond to their emails, and if you go to the virtual assistance it's no help , tells you to download there app. I doint want there app

Me and my husband came in today and we got a unit today and Justus was a GREAT HELP very enjoyable and kind !

Justus had great customer service last Thursday came in to the store last week looking for storage she explained to me all the options i had. She was very helpful definitely recommend her to anyone !

Samira was a huge help during the move in process. They raise the rent often.

I came to this office thinking that I was at the right location but of course I wasn't. There was a nice young lady that gave me directions to the other location and showed me what there units looked liked and explained the difference between locations. After talking with Ms. Trina I decided to use her location and she did her best to try to match there price for me and she did. I was so happy. Thanks Ms. Trina for all your help.

Trina was so helpful and informal about the bennifits that Public Storage is now providing which was something definitely beneficial on my end financially!!! Thanks for everything Trina you did more than enough as far as customer service!!!!
