This new storage facility is very clean and offered a great price. Shout out to Eric Lewis who was willing to go show us a unit and then took care of the rental booking and answered my many questions patiently. It was a busy day with other customers and he took care of all of us which resulted in him missing his lunch break. That's customer service above and beyond!

Nikolai was very patient and helpful with my billing questions and clearing a misunderstanding about my account. His friendliness was refreshing and his knowledgeability was reassuring that we chose Public Storage for our storage place.

I rented a storage unit today with public storage, and Mrs. Chanté gave us the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! She explained every detail thoroughly to make sure we understood the policy and any details we didn’t understand. She served us with a smile and has a great personality that made me feel welcome and know my things will be safe in there facility. I definitely give her 5 stars! If you want to rent a storage I recommend the hwy 85 location and ask for Chanté! She will surely help you find the right unit for you
