Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 5000 Campbellton Fairburn Rd, Fairburn, GA

The staff at my local Public storage is rarely there now. I made an appointment to transfer units and the representative was missing in action. When the person finally showed up, there was no sense of urgency to assist myself or other customers that were waiting for a long time in cold weather. Whenever I try to call, I always receive their voicemail, so it is just frustrating. Please do better!

Ms. Tammy was awesome and patient. She happily showed me 3 units and helped me tremendously. I'm going through some things and she was very kind.

Very happy with the help from the staff! Paul and Kim spent lots of time with us and were very helpful in the rental process. The place is clean, new and well organized. Everything is on camera place feels secure!

My experience has been awesome. I had not moved into my unit and no lock was on it. The gentleman with the unit noticed and called me to make sure I had not put anything in. He checked to make sure I had purchased a lock, stating he didn't want to charge me twice. That is good customer service.

Paul is patient kind and great at his job. Thanks so much, definitely a asset to this company

I just went to help My friend move her things out of the storage... The staff was friendly and the place looked fine.. she rented a uhaul truck and hired 2 guys to move her things... I just drove the truck....

These reviews gotta be paid or discount off your rental space. The only plus is the location & the fact that they are new. When I first moved in I had a reservation and waited almost a hour for a worker to show up. Thru out the stay the staff hasn’t been customer extcetrwnic like in other reviews. The two ladies I’ve encountered don’t greet you, they look at you crazy, & are not helpful. I moved out July 22 (see pics & time stamp)and nobody was in office called back to let them know July 23 and was told long as it was cleaned out I was good. Fast fwd to 8/7 they called me (I didn’t answer) They called my mom asking when I was going to make a payment. I called back and let them know I moved out (all I hear is daddy care in the back). Today 8/9 I get ANOTHER call and now I’m more confused b/c why isn’t anyone doing their job 🤔this time it sounds like the BET awards in the back. They are beyond unprofessional.

This the only public storage location that’s cares about the customers. NIKKI THE STORE MANAGER IS THE GOAT and TEMEKA is going to get to the bottom of any dispute.

Nikki was so helpful, patient, and kind. My mother was looking for a storage unit, but she wasn’t quite sure of the size needed. Nikki walked us around the facility and gave us a tour of various units to help us decided. Her knowledge about the facility and willingness to answer our many questions set us up to make the best choice matching our needs.

I had a great experience here! I came in on a Saturday morning. Nikki was swamped. Even tho she was handling multiple customers she was kind, pleasant and funny😆. She handled each of us in w timely manner. The next day I came in I saw Nikki again and Ms. Kimberly! As soon as I cane in Ms. Kimberly remembered my. Voice from the phone.😁. I felt like she remembered my voice because she made a mental note to assist me when I got there. When I tell you those ladies were on it.. THEY WERE ON IT. I didnt realize how busy it could get in there but the way they handle customers and taking turns to meet everyones needs were clearly handled from experience. They work well together! When Nikki is in the lobby Ms kimberly had 2-3 customers at the same time showing us where to go! Thank you Nikki and Ms Kimberly. Moving can be stressful but you ladies made me have a great laugh and smile at a stressful time!!! I will definitely recommend.

This facility is amazing! La'Shana is very professional and informative about the units and our options. The remote access features from the app allow for easy and secure entry. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

Customer service from Kierra and Will was top tier! She didn't mind showing the 10 by 15 and 10 by 20 units.

Kierra is 1 of the worst managers of a publicly run business that I have come in contact with. For private reasons and until we appear in small claims court i wi not elaborate. Please make sure you get copies of all of your paper work. She does not know how to work the system to the point I had to find and call the regional District manager Jessica to properly refund me what was due to me. Also if she recommends movers to you do not accept. Once my court date has come and gone I will update my review.
