The customer service at this location was wonderful I was able to get help from a wonderful worker name Lucretia. I had questions about making sure the safety of my property she walked to the back with me and was able to show me where my property would be and she went above and beyond need more workers like her.

Best storage to Rent. I’ve been renting at this location for 3 years now. Now, since I don’t have much stuff anymore, I’m trying to downgrade to another unit. Mr Vincent is the best. When he is helping you, he breaks down everything for you to understand. He has lots of patience with customers and never gets upset. He got me the best deal for my 10/5 unit. Always keep up with your good spirit. Once again, you are the best. I hope your company knows about all the great efforts you put into your job. Thank you for all you do.

So I was i'm going through a lot, and I end up calling the storage, and I got some help by miss keandra, and my stowage is almost going into it auction, and she helped me to come and pay my bill. I really thank her a lot because a person that I was with. I didn't pay it and now I'm up-to-date and she was a big help. This morning. I keep going hard too smart. The customer service representative Kiondra D. Is very friendly, kind and very customer focused. Kiondra, Closely listened to our needs. After roughly explaining to her what we needed to store, she helped us estimate the perfect size storage bin keeping our budget in mind. She tries to assist you on the billing side as well. She will give you a call and a text a day or two before your late bill payment incurs steep late fees. She also notifies you before they cut your lock off to get pictures of your belongings. To be included in an auction if your bill payment is really really late. The storage bins are clean and well kept. The lighting is good for nighttime access to your bin. The reason for only three stars is because my storage bin was broke into as well as several others the same day. They worked with us and the police investigator to catch the thieves and get some of our belongings back. Something incredibly helpful Keandra told me while applying for the bin was that the farther you go towards the back of the facility the cheaper the storage bin rent becomes!!! I recommend the CubeSmart on Irish Drive to all and a big thanks to Keandra for being a big help. Thanks, Brady. 😁 One Happy Conyers Customer!!!!

I’m looking for a refund! I’ve reserved a unit paid for it just to get there and there is nobody in the office at open hours my access code works just for me and the movers to get there and theirs a lock already on MY unit. I had to relocate and pay the movers an extra fee for the inconvenience. Still haven’t been reached out to about the situation. I do not recommend this location nor the company
