While we continually have issues with our door of our unit, I met the most helpful person who works with Public Storage. He took his time to help me gain access to my unit, addressed an issue with a lock on another unit I have, and was so kind and helpful. Gave me a lot of confidence that we would be able to resolve any issues we are having. Public Storage - Sam is a rockstar, and while I know he was only visiting this spot to help out, if you can please just hire a few dozen amazing people like him, I think that would be a great for both public storage and your renters. I have been using this location for about a year and a half. I like that unlike other storage units I have rented I haven’t had any issues with bugs. The manager, Chantal, is always very professional and goes out of their way to help with carts, boxes etc.
We realized that we didn’t rent a big enough space and Chanté was extremely helpful and she was able to find us the perfect sized storage space. She had a fantastic attitude too!
