I recently bought a storage unit off auction at this particular location and getting the paperwork done with seamless. The manager help me understand the ins and outs of how to deal with the unit and got everything set up for me. He did a superb job on demonstrating how to get in and out of the building and end out of my unit. He also encouraged me to make sure that I had the door pulled down completely and the house was all the way in when I put the lock on the unit.
The only complaint I have is that for it to be climate controlled, it sure is hot in there most days. The manager said that it's an ongoing issue that they've been having with this particular building. He insured me they were working diligently on trying to get it fixed.

I didn’t end up renting with them only because they didn’t have the size unit that I needed, but she went above and beyond to try to accommodate me and give me all of the options that were available.
